Not only was the price good but he was able to start the job 3 days after I approved the estimate. I dealt with Tony, the foreman, who was very polite, always at the jobsite and kept everything clean. The job was done almost on time. I will highly recommend Nick Contractor to anyone. It went fantastic. The crew at American Home (I worked with Nick Fiore) was unbelievable. They came in and evaluated the work that needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and once I signed on with them, I was nothing but happy. They agreed to my designated time for the work to be done. And from the minute they started, all areas of the jobs I hired them for were in motion. I had pavers, siding, porches, and railings all being done at once. I have had many home renovations done before, but never as thorough and as fast as this company was. I loved the fact that if I needed to call someone about all the different aspects of work going on - there was always only one contact person that needed to be called. My husband and I were beyond happy with the work that American Home delivered. And the results speak for themselves. They are a respectable company with the customers best interest at heart.

If I had to choose one word to describe American Home Remodeling, it would be.... Professional. Everything about the process was great... from the original meeting with John, to the discussions with him about styles, options, pricing - he was patient and accommodating. We had a number of follow-up (punch list) items that needed to be resolved, and John, personally, (he did not pass us off to anyone else at the company) made sure everything was to our satisfaction. And the teams that worked on our house (siding guys, roofing guys) were great! They worked in the blazing heat, all day, in an effort to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up every day and made sure everything was perfect. We met with three other companies before deciding to go with American Home Remodeling because their price was fair, their reviews were excellent and we felt very comfortable with John.... So pleased we did. We recommend them highly and we'll use them again.

It went well, they actually were on time. They were professional. I worked with on of the owners again and he was always reachable for any questions and concerns and touch the time to articulate to me because I had little understanding about siding. He walked me through the process and was knowledgeable and allowed me to do price comparisons. We worked on a price that was suitable for me and my family. The results of the work is something I would advocate others to do because the work was that professional. Overall, I would give them an A only because that's how much you advise me, it was much more than that, just because how he treated us. He was just a good dude and a good person. I would use him again.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the service I received from American Home Remodeling! They are professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I dealt with George, and he was such a pleasure. He was attentive to my needs and very responsive. My home looks 100 times better than before. My husband and I have received so many compliments from strangers driving down our street. My mom used them approximately 4 years ago and received the same professional service we did.

Overall the entire experience very positive from the moment we signed a contract until the work was completed. Quick shout out to Danny Falato and the entire team. Both reliable and professional. The entire process completed without a hitch. It looks like a different house. I particularly love the brick steps.

They had a special that they gave me an estimate for and it seemed almost impossible to meet the stipulations for the dimensions they required.

The work was completed in 4 days. On the first day, 2 guys came to start adding insulation and siding on the first floor. All of the aluminum casings were shaped and cut on site. Areas where the old wood sidings were deteriorating was replaced by sheet wood. You had to watch them work everyday as they may miss some things, like they covered up my kitchen exhaust, and I had to get them cut out a hole for it. And you need to make sure they clean up after themselves, because the aluminum scrap is sharp and they're everywhere on the ground. I still need to pick up pieces here and there even a month after the work has been completed. By the 3rd day, a full crew of 5 people was on site to complete the second floor. I had to replace the first floor picture window, so they build the siding around it and left enough room for the window guys. The gutter guys took 2 hours to completely install gutters for first and second floor. They even left extra pieces for me in case I need to do some mod's to the existing liters. For window, we found out that the large window had a crack in it, but it was the supplier's fault. So we had to wait an extra week for that to come in. The window guy had an assistant, and it took them 3 hrs to install 3 pieces. They completed the aluminum casing around the window to complement the siding. Added caulk inside and outside. AHR took care of the permits. All costs were inclusive of the quote.

Job completed in two days and went well.

They put a new layer over the original roof. They did an excellent job. There was very few scraps left around. They did not wreck any gutters, or break anything. This was my first time using this company, and would absolutely recommend them.

The entire process went very smooth. Pricing was very competitive, especially for quality of materials and size of job. There was no pressure at any time to hire them. John was exceptional to deal with, from our initial meeting and his presentation, his help with acquiring financing, and throughout the entire job, he was always available to answer questions and get problems solved. My main concern was that we were having an outdoor renovation project going on at the same time as the siding job, to the point that the siding crew had to plan to come back and finish once the other outdoor job was completed. From past experience, having a contractor leave a job unfinished and hope that they come back to finish is a nightmare. Not at all with John and American Home Remodeling. We kept in touch every step of the way and once it was clear for the siding crew to come back and finish, they were there in less than a week. Ronaldo and the crew were very professional, knowledgeable and CLEAN. They pointed out some issues they may encounter prior to starting and we addressed them and agreed on solutions that helped complete the job. Would absolutely hire American Home Remodeling again for future jobs.

From estimate to completion the job exceeded all my expectations. I found American Home Modeling responsive and professional. Every commitment was met and the quality of the work was outstanding.

John once again (this company did my roof, siding, kitchen, and bathroom in the past) was extremely professional. This company truest is a life saver. I now have Johns number saved in my phone for all my home remodeling needs and he is ALWAYS priced very fair. He showed up on time for the estimate, was honest and knowledgable, scheduled his crew when he said he was, and kept me informed all the way through until they completed the job. We are about half way though the work so far and looking forward to finishing up the rest. I will post updates at the end of the job and provide pictures, but so far the team has been a great group of guys to work with. Our GC (Dan Falato) consistently does the right thing for the job and addresses all customer concerns as things tend to arise when doing large construction projects. Great job so far and keep up the good work.
