Description of Work: Installed a new roof and sky light cover.

Description of Work: I used Rest Assured Roofing to replace the roof.

Description of Work: Roofer did not replace flashings of my skylight window with the proper sealant when entire roof was being replaced. This caused continious water leakage for many months. Roofer came to inspect and stated that the leakage"was a fluke" and reported that there was no problem. I hired my own contractor who reported to me that the leakage was going on for many months undetected and my flashings were clearly damaged by the original roofer. No sealant around window as well as other areas on the roof that are not properly sealed and will cause future problems. Poor workmanship, poor customer service. Work is not guarenteed as all of the work was poor quality and I paid out of my own pocket for extensive repairs as well as interior wall damage due to leakage. The roofer was screaming at me on the phone when I called to complain about severe leakage to my interior wall due to water coming in from the roof. It amazes me how one can fabricate such a response as this individual did. The roofers response on angies list is so far from the truth that he should be disgraced to come up with such a story. My skylight window was all of 3 yrs old with no problems. The problems began when rest assured roofing removed the flashings of my prexisting window the replace the roof shingles. It was after the roof was replaced and rest assured roofing replaced "my flashings" --the window began to leak. The response to my complaint is all utter lies. Rest assured roofing should be ashamed of fabricating such a story. If you are wrong own up to it. Rest assured I would never utilize this company again and shame on the company for out and out lying. Rest assured that is the truth. Shame-shame-shame!
