I called Frank from Pro Tech, explained our issues with our four station business network and three printers over the phone and he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and literally came the very next day and spent the entire day straightening out many issues, even driving to buy the equipment we needed. I got the run-around from Best Buy Geek squad for two and a half weeks who never even showed up and experienced Staples Tech guys that wiped my priceless data and cost me a fortune in unretreivable lost information. I will never trust or consider Best Buy or Staples Tech people. Totally recommend Pro Tech.
