I felt strung along.
Description of Work: I called Paul for a bird problem in our air vents. Paul agreed to send me an estimate(and catalog of air vent styles) via email that evening. I didn't get an estimate or any email from him. The next day I called Paul and he said "the email must be hung up on the server and I will send it again. Give me 10 minutes". 3 days later and still no estimate or word from Paul. If he didn't want to the job, he should have just said so instead of stringing me along. Overall, Paul was punctual to meet me to see the problem. However, I didn't like being strung along. My husband said that Paul had no intention of doing the job or he would have given me the estimate while he was here.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I resent email with estimate. I didn't call you because I don't ever hard sell. I give the estimate and let the customer call me. And I even believe I explained to you why the estimate would be sent later on as it would be upto you the style of vent you wanted for house. If I wasn't interested I would've politely declined when you called the first time, instead of trying to fit you in schedule to take a look. I'm sorry you feel I wasnt honest and strung you along. That's just not accurate and I wish you luck taking care of problem. Be well.

Description of Work: Hard to say how effective the stink bug treatment was because I usually see the majority of stink bugs in my house in the spring. However, I will say that after the treatment I saw less than 20 stinkbugs on the outside of my house when often I see hundreds! I'm hopeful the treatment will have been a success. The only hiccup I had using Liberty was in scheduling. I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up. However, after I called the company they apologized and quickly rescheduled a new date. The gentleman who performed the treatment also informed me of a couple other potential pest issues and told me how to get ahead of them on my own, using all natural, do it myself techniques that I have used and they worked! I would definitely use Liberty again!

Description of Work: Paul, the owner of this company was very honest and forthcoming with what service he would perform for us to take care of our problem. Not in a hurry and answered our concerns. Very professional. Looked all around the house, inside and out, including the garage and fixed all openings that was found. He applied all the products that was needed. Great company.

It was a very nice experience. The man who came out was a very nice person. He came on time. We did not have a lot of pests to worry about so I guess for what he did, it was a little expensive. But like any servicemen, they walk in the door and you cannot expect to get away cheaply so I am really satisfied. I used the big deal within a few weeks after I purchased it. The ants obviously came back outside after he did the service but I believe that there was less and we did not have any inside anymore. I do not know if I would use his services again in the future because he was not from the area. I only used him because of the special but for a regular call, I would probably check on his prices versus people in our area.

Obviously I'm disappointed with the review. But I'll address each grade one at a time. I was given a C for price. It was a special through Angie's List. If she thought it was to expensive why purchase it? I can only put the offer out. I can't force you to purchase it Quality B. She said after a few weeks the ants returned outside. I offer a free callback service because I can't control the weather and the weather affects the exterior treatment. Plus she stated the ants inside never returned. Responsiveness. B. I contacted her to schedule an appointment within 2 hours. We are asked to do so within 2 days. Punctuality. B. We had a 9am appointment. I was there, she wasn't. I began the exterior treatment while I waited for her to arrive. Professionalism. A. The only one I agree with. I don't know how I could've done a better job for her.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It worked out very well. So far it solved the problem. It worked out fine. They were prompt and efficient. They were quick. He was very friendly. They even sent a thank you card afterwards. I set it up for 9:30 and he misunderstood and were here at 8:30, which was fine with me. They were super prompt. I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: We used Liberty Pest Management Services because we had an infestation of ants. They came in and did the whole house, including the upstairs and basement. They also did the outside perimeter.

Paul was extremely helpful, honest, and straightforward. I had called one of the major exterminators first and was very turned off by their pushy sales pitch and trying to get me to buy into a contract. Paul, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. We had found a couple of roaches and he sprayed for them and other minor bugs but didn't tell us we needed to be on an ongoing spray schedule. We had him come back on a later date to consult with us about potential snakes in the backyard. He was very straightforward and told us there wasn't much he could do right now. He could have easily told us otherwise, and we would have believed him. He is a very honest man and we would definitely use him again.

Paul showed up at the time he said he would and explained what he was going to do. He also told me what to expect and if I had any issues to call him. I liked the idea of what he sprayed was environmentally safe too!!! I also like the idea that if I have any issues that I will be dealing directly with him!!!!
Description of Work: Paul sprayed for ants and centerpeds. I have never had the house treated for bugs before so I wanted to give this a try to see if I will see less ants and centerpeds.

We had Paul come out to our house on few occasions over the last few years. We really appreciated many things about Paul's client service. First, he was easy to get ahold of. He promptly returned calls when we had to leave message. Second he always was on time. He came when he promised he would. Third, he was also courteous and professional in dealing with us. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Last but not least, he did a great job and treated the issues as needed for a very reasonable price. There was no up selling. There were no surprise charges. He was great to work with. Thanks for all your help Paul.

We have been using Liberty Pest for years without any issues. Paul is always on time and delivers great service. He and my husband have become friends over the years and besides being a real professional he is also a good guy. In the past we have paid the same price for much less quality. We highly recommend Liberty Pest to family and friends. My mom tells a story about how Paul was on the phone while he was removing a bee hive and had zero fear. Like it was second nature to him.
