We agreed the treatment be done when no rain iin forecast but it poured late that night or the next day,so I don,t think it was not that effective.

Paul answered my call on first attempt, arranged an immediate appointment and showed up promptly. He was courteous, informative and professional (even carefully wiping feet at door). His prices were very fair compared to other quotes. I have already recommended him to friends and would absolutely hire Liberty again.

I have not seen or hear any evidence of mice since.

: If I could give an A+ I would. I called Liberty after 5:00 on a Friday. Paul picked up the phone and I explained hysterically that my husband had just seen a mouse run under our living room couch. Paul said he would stop by and put down some traps for us. When he got to our house at about 7:00 , he took the time to look for the mouse,find it, and capture it with some minor assistance from my husband. He then looked around both inside and outside the house to look for any holes the mouse might have crawled through and filled them with steel wool. He was very courteous and professional as well as kind and sympathetic> He even discounted the price even though it was well after business hours. I would definitely recommend Liberty to anyone.

Paul was very very informative and went over and beyond to ensure our problems would and could be dealt with. He installed (as humane as we can get) mouse settings in appropriate places. He also educated me in many areas I was unaware of. Paul took the time to answer questions and best of all, took interest in doing all possible methods now, and in the spring outside of our home. Actually, he was willing to go under our deck to take a look at entrance points once the snow let up some. I will be calling him in about a week to come back to re-evalutate. I have not seen a "dropping" (knock on wood) since his visit. Thank you, Thank you, thank you. This is your guy for knowledge, honesty, care and integrity.

They were professional and contact was good. Couldn't perform service as I needed wildlife removal and they did pest control only.

Had to come back twice to spray. The issues were not totally resolved.

Provider went throughout house, including crawl spaces. Traps were placed, and exterior checked. He was supposed to return in 90 days but did not. He said my basement door needed a "sweep" under it, but for the price, I really thought that that is something that he could have provided.

They came on time, the price is what was agreed upon, and the problem was taken care of and did not return.

All went well, will use again.

Great. I called to have the possum trapped. Paul informed me that he didn't feel that was necessary since it was no longer in the attic. He recommended just keeping it out of the attic while repairs were done to the point of entry. This alternative solution was at a cost approximately 20% of the original quote. Such honesty was appreciated and should be noted!. I would HIGHLY recommend Liberty Management in the future!!!!! Too bad there is no A+ rating. Thanks, Paul.

We recently moved into our new home and needed a pest company to take care of the ants and spiders that seemed to have moved in with us. When Paul from Liberty Pest arrived a bug was actually crawling across the floor in front of the door - Paul stepped in and took care of it immediately. Perfect timing! ;) Paul was very professional, explained everything he was going to do, and took care of the interior and exterior of our home very quickly, even with three kids running around. He didn't try to sell me on any additional services and told me to call him for any additional spraying if I needed it. It's also worth noting that Paul is a really great guy. Since he's treated our home, I've noticed an immediate decrease in spiders, and the ants are gone. We will definitely have him back out before Spring arrives (and before the bugs make their attempt at moving back in).

We are new to the area and really appreciated the fact that Paul rearranged his schedule so that he could come out to our house and assess our bee problem that has become quite severe. We were not charged for the service call however, we did sign a year pest control contract with the company at our request. Paul was very professional and answered all of our questions. I would definitely his company to friends and relatives.

Paul was excellent. We had a bee problem behind our siding. Phill was very knowledgable and sprayed chemical powder to get rid of the existing bees. We haven't seen a bee in about 24 hours so far. We are very pleases and definitely would use Paul again for future problems.

Paul was excellent, inspected our entire home and didn't try to sell us services that we didn't need. He was honest and punctual.

Paul was GREAT! He came out the next day and took care of this huge nest of hornets. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. I would absolutely use this company again!!!!!!!

Excellent experience. Called Paul on Saturday but he was booked solid so he committed to a Monday morning visit to check out the situation. He arrived on time Monday morning and took care of the situation within the hour. Paul was courteous and knowledgeable and covered the situation with a follow up on Tuesday to make certain that the problem was rectified.

We have had some issues with insects in the past and were not happy with the pest control service we were using. I have very close friends, two houses away, also not pleased with their service. We checked Angie's list and decided to give Liberty a call. We couldn't be more pleased. Paul is very kind, caring and professional. He returned our phone calls, was on time, and a pleasure to deal with. He took his time explaining things and answering our questions. He definitely knows his business and the fact that he is such a nice person is a real bonus. My friends and I will be using Liberty for all our pest control needs.I highly recommend Paul and Liberty Pest Management.

He arrived on time, and is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He checked out the area we were concerned with and even agreed to spray a wasp nest on another side of the house for no extra cost. He sprayed an extra side of the house as well and was done quickly. He addressed all of my concerns regarding our children and pets and put me at ease regarding the safety of the treatment. His treatment also includes a follow up, should some bees still be around, included in the original price. I will definitely call Paul for any future issues we should have.

This is our first year in a home. We moved here from the City. Upon seeing several small "square" bugs in the house we called Liberty Pest Management and left a message. Paul called back immediately and came over free of charge shortly after his phone call. He told us the bugs were just little spiders and we did not have anything to be concerned about. (We thought they were ticks). We appreciate his honesty very much, and will definitely call him again if we have any problems.

I called Liberty first on Angie's List after making several calls to other exterminators and then I remembered I am an Angie's List member and I should look there. After seeing Liberty's reviews, and talking on the phone with the owner Paul, I had him treat our property for ticks. He was courteous, agreeable and prompt. I felt he dealt honestly with us. His price was better compared to the other exterminators that I called outside of Angie's List. This is smart business because you feel like your not being taken advantage of. He treated the property as he said he would. I would definitely call him again for the tick treatment.

Very professional service. Offered a follow-up visit because the weather has decided to turn cold. I was very impressed with the service overall. Super nice and very informative.

Mr. Paul Boisvert returned my call right away yesterday, and was here this morning at 8:00 am, squeezing me in before his already scheduled plan for the day. I had been hearing the scratchings of a mysterious critter in my attic every once in a while and finally called for help, which as I stated arrived so quickly that I'm still in shock. Mr. Boisvert concluded I had an errant mouse which probably sneaks in once in a while, without actually setting itself up in my attic. However, the shocker is that he did not charge me either for the visit, nor for the bait he put out. Furthermore, he took his time and very clearly explained to me how this intruder may have entered, which was very educational and would have been worthwhile for me to reimburse him for, but he refused any sort of payment. Mr. Boisvert is a rarity in this "dog eat dog" (or in this case, "mouse eat mouse"), "what's in it for me", commercialized world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. By the way, I'm still waiting for a return call from another vendor I called as well.
