Upon entering my request to Home Adviser, Perry was the first to respond. The job I needed done was unique as the house has cedar siding with very old stain. We had used my father's electric pressure washer and were able to strip the majority of the stain, but I was hoping Perry and team could finish the job. He was upfront and honest in the fact that he couldn't guarantee it would be 100% stripped, but he would do his best to remove it and not damage the siding. He provided a fair estimate to complete the job and we moved forward. He showed up on time, set up and finished the job in a timely manner with no mess left behind. Looking forward to Perry coming back to clean my driveway as well!

Perry, and his assistant, were top notch. Their workmanship was thorough and efficient. The walkway and brick stairs leading to the front door look brand new. One side of the white vinyl siding was green from overgrown shrubs (that were removed). After their pressure washing, it looked brand new, as did the rest of the home, garage, and deck.
