perfect, came on time, professional.

Nice large pieces of wood, and the best price around. Unfortunately it's not seasoned as indicated. Most of it is really wet, the bark is still sticking really well and moisture content checked with meter is 25%+, not good for burning. Hopefully we'll get to use some of it this year. Also, hard to get them on the phone, but email works.

It went great. The tree was extremely large, but it was removed with virtually no damage. A couple of very small dents in a vinyl fence, but not much to speak of considering the size and difficulty of removing the tree. It was in the far back corner of the yard. Not at all easy to get to, and hanging over two neighbor's yards. They topped the other 5 trees, and everything was removed and clean-up was emaculate.

Called Dion"s on the 26th. They quoted me a price and said they would deliver on the 27th but could not give me a time. I was fine with that. On the 27th I got a call around noon saying they would be there in 2 to 3 hours. 5 hours later they arrived in the dark. Because it was dark I did not have an opportunity to look at the wood. the next morning to my surprise the wood splits were way to big to burn in my fireplace. while the length of the wood was fine, the size of the logs was huge. They could go through 3 or 4 more splits to actually be considered fire wood. In addition, they left me several bushel loads of wood chips large and small that I now have to clean out of my driveway. So I now have to rent a a machine and have someone come and re-split the wood plus I have a large cleanup I have to do. To be fair the next morning I sent them a message through Angie's list giving them an opportunity to respond before I posted a negative review. I did not hear back from them.

They came when they said they would and delivered the wood to the spot I picked out. Although they advertised seasoned firewood, the wood burned better the second year after it had another year to season up.

The deliver their wood on Saturdays and I asked for afternoon delivery. They came around 5 PM which was right around sunset but the delivery went fine. They dropped the wood right where I wanted it and although some of the wood was a bit wet and and green, most was good wood just about ready to burn. I wound up with a bit more than a cord which is better than the last cord I got (more like a 1/2 cord). I would use these folks again. The price is right and the wood and service was fine.

She came when I needed her and she landed the wood in the front yard and it lasted us the whole winter! It was very good. She was very confident. She just had a small dump truck. She asked where I wanted it and she dumped it right by the front porch where we asked her to.

Unlike other providers that show up with a dumptruck and just dump and leave, these guys helped me stack the wood in my firewood rack. With the three of us doing it, it took all of 10 minutes, but if I had had to do it by myself it would have taken well over 1/2 hour due to my creaky back. I tipped them both $10 for their efforts and they were truly appreciative. We have built a few fires so far with the wood, and it seems nice and seasoned. Would definitely get firewood from them in the future.

very reliable and friendly will use again

This provider agreed to come to my home on Sunday and give me an estimate for tree removal. I waited the entire day for him. He never showed up He also not call to tell me he was not coming. And he did not call to apologize for the inconvenience or his unprofessionalism.

Gave it a fair to poor review bc wood was not seasoned. It smoked and never lit. Had to use last years wood to burn hot then throw a few pieces of their wood only when stove was hot. When we used them years ago they didnt deliver. Had to bring our flatbed truck and load the wood ourselves. Not really sure it was ever a cord or not. Only used them twice no third time for sure.

My experience with them has been pretty good. They get back to me right away. They come when they say they'll be here.

Dion and his team did a fantastic job. Each employee was professional and prompt to answer any questions. Communication was there at all hours. I was extremely satisfied with the job he did and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent - had grass growing by end of summer in large cleared area.

We got a quick estimate but had to wait longer than we expected to receive the contract before we could schedule the service. Luckily, there was a cancellation so we got an appointment quickly. They arrived an hour late, but were very professional and got the work done efficiently and quickly. There was a lot of work to be done and I was amazed at how smoothly it all went. They did a great job cleaning everything up before they left. I would definitely recommend them for tree service.

Exceptional service in every area , very punctual, very tidy and the price could not be touched by any competitor. Have used Dion's in the past and give them the HIGHEST possible rating. No one using Dion's will be disappointed, they have been in business for many years and know what they are doing and will go above and beyond expectations (i.e. remove trees that are dead or diseased at no additional cost). My 2 sons have used Dion's as well as has the Father of my daughter-in-law (another big job) - he was ecstatic with their service.
