Our call was answered by a human(no answering machine) and a call back from the plumber was within the hour. He arrived when he said he would, told us how much it would cost and then replaced the pipe in a timely fashion. We will not hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to anyone.

They have been in this business for many years and they were very experienced. They came in did the job and everything went well. We were satisfied with the way they left the situation. I got their name from a good friend of ours in the community who had used him. I was satisfied with the price. It was a small job so I did not get quotes from various people. I though what they charged us was reasonable for the amount of time that they were here. He came in a reasonable amount of time after we had called. They came on the days and time they was supposed, there was no chasing up for them to come.

I was very happy with his work. He was very reliable. He sticks with the job, no matter how difficult it becomes. His price was fair. He was very punctual. I would use him in the future.
