Well, let me tell you, many of us are somewhat spectacle of service people. I know for a fact a few years ago I got some estimates for replacing my AC. At that time Benny suggested that he can just give us some Freon. Yes, it worked for us for a few years, but we decided it was time to replace what we had. Other companies were much higher in estimates. So, Benny was our guy. He was responsive, fair, and honest which is most important. I would not hesitate to call him for whatever your needs are. He is the best.

They were awesome and did a great job! They left no mess in the house and were professional!! They also worked on a house of someone that I know and they recommended them to me!! They kept me informed on everything that was going to be done as well!! I would definitely recommend them to others!!

Despite a 4 month supply side delay price quoted was almost exactly what I paid even though the price in the unit had increase. His price was considerably lower than 4 other quotes. Ben was concerned to make sure the job was done right and when promised. The only negative was that his installers could have been a bit more conscious of keeping the house clean. Work on one day was done without interior drop cloths

We had a great experience with Benny. Unfortunately our heat broke right before Thanksgiving and Benny was here to fix it the Friday after Thanksgiving. Him and his assistant were great to work with.

My wife and I moved to Howell 5yrs ago. Each summer we continue to experience issues with our Central A/C and had a number of companies over the years provide poor and lazy diagnostic testing. They did nothing but try to sell us/convince us to replace a whole new unit that is less than 10 yrs old, instead of trying to actually fix the issue. This summer one of our neighbors HIGHLY recommended Benny @BC HVAC and raved about his work and services. From Day 1, Benny was very knowledgeable, personable, helpful, fun to work with, and you could tell took much pride in his work and craft. He was very quick to respond to out call and even provided same day service! He was VERY thorough in diagnosing the problem and actually took the time to explain the root cause and recommended a fix. He was able to resolve the issue the Day of! And saved us (My wife and I and two little girl a under 4) from the high 90 degree days that were coming just 1 day away!! Our A/C has been running like a champ ever since with no further issues! We absolutely and HIGHLY recommend Benny for your HVAC needs! He is more than fair, honest, pleasant and great pricing! We definitely wont be allowing anyone's else around our HVAC ever again. Benny was fantastic. Came right out and assessed the problem immediately. Within the next few days he replaced the a/c and then the hot water heater. He was responsive and worked very efficiently and quickly and his costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend Benny Cattano! Glad I found him..

our ac broke down last month. so after calling several local HVAC guys with no results i went on home advisor and within a few hours Benny from BC HVAC called back and that day came over and checked out our system which unfortunately for us could not be repaired.i said gee Benny, it's only 40 years old! yes, he did give me a bit of a chuckle at my lame joke.anyway he gave us a terrific price for a new system. initially we were disappointed at his schedule as he was very busy and said earliest would be a few weeks. i told Benny my wife has breathing issues and could he please get us installed ASAP. so within a week he was out there installing the new AC unit. his partner Dave came right on time and we were up and running by the afternoon, Benny came back to do the final inspection. so now with the heat wave upon us, all is cool here thanks to Benny and Dave at BC HVAC. my wife Denise and i can without reservation highly recommend these fine, courteous, considerate professionals...

My unit is very old and yet Benny was able to fix it and get it running instead of replacing it with a new system which I cannot afford at this time. Benny is a gentleman and I am very pleased .
