Mr. Cattano, owner, constantly kept in touch with me and provided a quote for the job that I felt was very reasonable. He completed the job as soon as the product was delivered and my HVAC is back in service. Iâ  m glad he was recommended to me by a friend and likewise I would recommend him to the next Person.

Very professional and saved me from buying a new unit unnecessarily. While I was away my air conditioning stopped working. We had this issue before so my husband had someone come by to take a look. After being advised we had a leak and was suggested to buy a new unit I reached out to a neighbor who recommended this company. I made an appointment thinking I just needed a quote for a new unit. He came out an hour before our next appointment to get a quote from the original company and had it up and running before the other company came by. My air conditioning has been running with no issues ever since.

Working with Benny ( BC HVAC ) was great! He was the first to respond to my request for quotes and couldn't have been anymore professional and easy to work with. Work was completed promptly as scheduled and pricing was extremely reasonable.

Benny was responsive and had my A/C up and running about 20 hours after I first reached out. Of the two units he looked at, one needed a charge and the other a repair. On the first he let me know ahead of time how much coolant was needed at what cost. He was able to fix the other for much less than it could have been.

I highly recommend BC HVAC Services for HVAC installation. BC HVAC Services installed a new HVAC system for me for a house I just bought. As if making such a large purchase wasnâ t stressful enough, I was a first-time home buyer and that added a whole extra level of anxiety to the mix. But the owner, Benny Cattano, was very considerate and took the time to answer all of my questions â of which I had many, explained the various options, and at no time did he exert any pressure to drive a commitment. He arrived promptly for his first visit to give me the quote, responded to my subsequent questions very quickly, and after hiring him, his team arrived right on schedule and completed the work within the time that was originally committed to. As far as price, his quote was very competitive. While all of these points are important, the biggest reason for my recommendation is that after the work was done and the invoice was paid in full, I requested that certain wiring be relocated. Just as before, Benny responded quickly, committed to a date, and then arrived on schedule to do the work. If any of my friends or family are in need of HVAC servicing, BC HVAC Services will be my recommendation.

I did my homework on this project before choosing Ben's company. Because of the cost involved I wanted a contractor I felt comfortable with. After getting quotes from half a dozen AC contractors, checking their references and reviewing their bids I chose Ben's company, BC HVAC Services LLC/Benjamin Cattano. For those who are wondering Ben's was not the low bid. After meeting him and going over the project there was a feeling that he was the man for the job. Because of COVID the job was delayed about four months. It took a day and a half to complete and the work was excellent. All my questions were answered and the cleanup was perfect. I would recommend him to everyone.
