Contacted HomeAdvisor a little before 7am on a Saturday morning because my AC was not working. Within a few minutes the owner contacted me via phone and text to see how he could assist. Benny came to the house when scheduled/on time to see what was needed for the repair. He was very professional, honest and pricing was extremely fair. Other than the initial repair estimate I was able to do everything via phone/text...super easy!! Will definitely be using his services again. I highly recommend!

Ben did an excellent job installing our Nest thermostat. He also did an excellent job of explaining how to use it to me. I think his price was very reasonable considering I put in the request this morning for today. It did not take him very long to install the product at all. We also discussed the right type of filters to be using in my furnace. I would highly recommend been and BCHVAC services for your HVAC needs.

Excellent and honest company. Our air conditioner stopped working. A different company told us we needed to replace the system entirely. I called BC HVAC for a second opinion. Ben found the problem quickly and replaced the damaged wire, restoring our a/c within 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again. Professional, prompt and honest.

Was going to come on Monday after I spoke with Ben he came on Sat checked the unit gave my wife and I some recommendations with no pressure. Told us to think about it and call him with what we wanted to do. I called him back later Sat and he told me he would come Sun AM/ Could not ask for better service.

Absolutely amazing. Very professional, cordial, knowledgeable and walked me through everything. Honesty was a huge part of his entire demeanor. Benny sowed up literally in 30 minutes from the phone call. Solved the problem in less than an hour. Provided great advice and said call anytime, night or day, if anything else occurs.

Benny was very responsive, knowledgeable & informative. Being that my unit is 16yrs old & still running well, his advise to use good filters & when temp & humidity up (like past week) keep temp around 76 to 78 in order to not overwork unit...Thank you Benny for great advise & service..will definitely be calling you for my next service!

Betty was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable of my air conditioning system. He walked me through the entire process he was doing to diagnose and repair the issue I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Benny returned my inquiry almost immediately. I explained that I needed service on my central A/C and he said he could come out early the next morning. He arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. He finished the repair in a timely manner and then was kind enough to give me some other information regarding my furnace which he did not have to do. Benny even made time to give my black Lab Bubba some good scratch’s which Bubba loved. I highly recommend BC HVAC to anyone that needs A/C work.

On the hottest day of the year, my air conditioner stopped working at about midnight. Noticed that the line from compressor to ac unit was frozen solid. Requested them to contact me as soon as possible. By 8am the next morning, Benny had contacted me saying he would be over asap. Once he was there, diagnosed the issue quickly, and was working away to have it repaired very quickly. Especially on the hottest day of the year, it was good to know that there was someone who would be willing to come out and help. Benny was extremely knowledgeable, worked efficiently, extremely professional and very affordable. He also had several recommendations that could be done to improve my heating and cooling system. I highly recommend their services and look forward to using him in the future.

Benny did an excellent job of diagnosing my furnace problem and quickly repairing my problem. I requested help through Home Advisor on Monday New Year’s Day and was contacted by Benny the same day, he made arrangements to come on Tuesday the next day and diagnosed my problem all though it was not an emergency service call offering to come the following day Wednesday to replace the defective part. Since it was not an emergency situation I scheduled the service call for Friday which turned to be the day after a billizard left a foot and a half of snow. Even though we had experienced a blizzard the previous day Benny arrived on time and quickly replaced the defective part. Throughout the entire repair process Benny kept in contact with m.

BENJAMIN N CATTANO JUST FIXED MY FURNACE . HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPLAINED ALL MY CONCERNS & HOW THEY COULD BE CORRECTED. HE GETS A 10 STAR FOR HIS HONESTY AS THERE WAS NO BS NOTED. I NOW HAVE HEAT & WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH HIM FOR OTHER JOBS THAT NEED ATTENTION IN NEAR FUTURE
