The technician came on time and diagnosed the problem right away. Unlike others that came before, he did not quote me unreasonable price like charging me $320 for a $20 part. The price was reasonable and he was very professional. I m very satisfied.

Benny saved me a ton of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and I can t say enough about him. I will be using him in the future if he is ever available because a guy with his work ethic will be very busy all the time!!!

We had multiple companies over for estimates. Benny came quickly, gave us a fair estimate and seemed extremely knowledgeable of the job. Promptly answered texts and any questions that we had. Benny did a good job in accessing what was wrong and explained what I needed to have done on my central air conditioner. After he did a pressure test and told me the results. He recommended a solution and I am going to have him do it in early May.

Overall I rate BC HVAC as a very quality business. Benny called quickly and was immediate response, efficient operation. My only minor complaint is that the filter was not replaced which is what i would consider routine..

This was the first time I had to find a repairman, so I was a little nervous. Home Advisor made the process easy. I was contacted by Benny right away. He arrived promptly the next morning and had my air conditioner working within minutes. He informed me about the problem and about other things he thought I should know about my air conditioner. Even after the problem was fixed and I was billed, he took the time to come in to check my filter. I would definitely call him again and I highly recommend him.
