He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions and took the time to ensure my smart thermostats worked and looked as they should. 10/2020 - Ben was prompt, polite, worked diligently and his price for the work was decent. He made suggestions upon my asking questions and he didn't push to make a sale. I was pleased with his work. 11/4/2020 I hired him once more, this time to replace my HVAC system and he did an outstanding job. My home has never been this warm. He and his crew were professional, they answered any questions I threw at them, they were neat and removed all garbage. I am most satisfied with his work and will have him come back next year to change the other HVAC system. A++ company. Thanks Ben for a job well done!!!

Benny was on time, polite, and did not give us the run around regarding the issues we were having with our furnace. Two other companies came out and quoted for complete replacement at astronomical costs while Benny during his first visit repaired the issue and was very reasonably priced!! I highly recommend Benny!!!

Friendly, efficient customer service. Installment went very well, with good explanation about how the new thermostat operated. However it wasn't quite the thermostat I wanted but instead settled for, and I thought it a bit expensive. Also I found out later that the first call for service from a Home Advisor registered company should have been discounted for $35 cheaper, but no mention was made of this.

Benny was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Repair was done and heat was restored. Thanks Benny.

Benny came out today to repair my furnace that wasnâ  t working. He was prompt and very detail oriented. He fixed my heating issue and took time to check my air filters and referred me to Second Nature to order filters and set up to get new filters every 3 months .... my filters havenâ  t been replaced in a year so signing up for auto ship is a great reminder to change filters as required. I am newly widowed and still learning are the â  guyâ  chores done this was a wonderful recommendation on Bennyâ  s part. At the end of the day I found my go to HVAC GUY for all my future needs and will recommend him to everyone!!!
