benny is awsome!!!!!! and very honest, i had some other company come look at my a/c and said it was shot. benny did a thorough check up and got it running. but anyway im recommend him 100% he is awsome thanks!

I had 3 estimates done and BC was the lowest estimate for the best quality brands AO smith and Train. Ben and his guys Were very easy to deal with. He said they would complete the work in one day and they dropped stuff off the day before and were there on time the next morning and completed the project early in the afternoon . They cleaned up and took the old air conditioner parts and hot water heater with them. I would highly recommend BC to all my friends, neighbors and family.

Ben and David were both very professional. Ben gave me a date for the replacement of my HVAC system and a terrific price. He and David performed the installation and removal of my old system on the day he said they would. They did a great job on the installation and left everything neat and clean when they finished. Ben even showed me where a filter was on my old system (that I didn't know about) and installed a new intake vent which allows me to change the filter much easier than the old system. Both gentlemen were very courteous, took the time to answer all my questions and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Ben (BC HVAC) to anyone who needs any kind of work done on their HVAC system.

Benny, the owner, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. We had other quotes from other professionals and His price was similar to their but he used a more efficient unit that will be able to support the house as we finish the basement. This was something we had told other but he made sure to talk about our long term Plans before making a suggestion. He stayed in contact with us about scheduling and I feel very happy that we found him. When the work was done, they cleaned up everything and he has checked in since leaving to be sure we are happy. Great work and great person. Just call him youâ ll see.

Their technician Beny, was very personable and knowledgeable. Beny answered all of my questions concerning the purchase and installation for a new furnace. The job went smoothly and there were no hidden charges. I would highly recommend this company.

They replaced my entire HVAC system (Furnace and A/C (Both sides of the split system). Very fair, competitive pricing. Explained my options to me, recommended what he thought would be best for my individual needs (which is what I went with), and didnâ t try to â up sellâ anything unnecessary. Excellent customer service!! We had to reschedule a few times due to the recent snow storms, but BC HVAC was very accommodating. Excellent response times...I donâ t think I ever had to wait more than 5 minutes to get a reply back, regardless of what the message/question was about. Benny (Owner) is a very friendly, trustworthy guy. I donâ t think Iâ ll ever have to look for another HVAC service again. Next time anything comes up, I wonâ t hesitate to call BC HVAC again! As long as they are in business, they have my business! I will be recommending him to everyone I know in need of HVAC services, including my own mother. On time, reasonable and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes

I posted what I needed, and the owner of this business reached out to me immediately. I explained that my heat was taking forever to raise but that it was not an emergency. I still had heat. Benny was at my house early the next afternoon. (I called on Friday night and he came out on Saturday. He didn't want to wait til Monday because of the impending snow.) Explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend him for sure.

I reached out on New Yearâ s Day thinking no one would respond. The only response was BC HVAC Services. I was given a very good quote with an appointment the next day. I highly recommend.

After having moved into a new house for a few months, the heat stopped working in part of the house. I sent a repair request on the Sunday between Christmas and New Yearâ  s stating it wasnâ  t urgent. I wasnâ  t expecting a response until Monday or Tuesday. Benny called me on Sunday afternoon and walked me through how to reset the heater, and got it to work. I Still had him come in to check it out since I donâ  t want it to happen again, and provide an estimate on some other work. He Showed up on time and checked out the furnaces and explained some basic maintenance items i wasnâ  t aware of as a new homeowner. The only reason I rated the Value for the Money as 4 stars is b/c I donâ  t have other quotes to compare to yet.
