Adel and Micheal were a pleasure to work with. They offered high quality doors and openers at a competive price. They removed the old rails, neatly installed new Liftmaster systems and relocated the interior opening pads to a more convenient location. They are professional, honest and offer quality products at a competitive price. I have recommended them!

They were right - Adel Mikhail was absolutely fantastic to work with! I called him about coming out to look at the garage, and described my concerns about the safety issue with the garage door tracks as originally installed. We scheduled an appointment within a week. He arrived as promised, and took a look at the situation. He was surprised about how it had been installed, but since there was plenty of ceiling space in the garage, he proposed replacing the motor and rails on one of the garage doors, as I had hoped we could do. He also offered the choice of using the existing garage door, or replacing both doors them with newer doors. Given that the existing doors fit the house well, and were in generally good condition even after 35 years, we decided to stay with the door and just replace the rails/motor. Adel and his son came out, and removed the door, and installed the new LiftMaster motor, and replaced the old key-opener with a new more secure keypad. The work was done as scheduled, and both Adel and his son were a pleasure to work with. The new door works flawlessly, and is much quieter than the old one. We had just been through a very difficult project with another contractor who was terrible - this was such a wonderful experience, to know that you actually can find a responsible, pleasant, reliable and capable person in NJ! The original door supplier had used Mr. Mikhail's company to install the doors that had to be replaced, but this supplier had gone out of business. Costs of doors and installation on the original doors were all paid to the original door supplier. Because I was impressed by Mr. Mikhail's sons who had installed the original doors, I called his company and Mr. Mikhail came out and recommended replacement of both doors, which he would provide, and which were equal to or better than the original doors. ( The original doors had no insulation while the replacement doors do). Please understand that only one of these doors had to be replaced because I had accidentally damaged it by car impact and it could not be repaired. Mr. Mikhail provided a price for 2 replacement doors, including installation, because replacing a single door would simply not have looked right. While I do not remember the exact cost of replacement, I do recall that the cost of replacing both doors was approximately 1 1/2 times the cost of replacing a single door.

I had no problem with any of the work they had done. Mr. Mikhail gave and worked with me on a good price on a new garage door himself. The technician came by himself to take down and installed the 2 garage doors in half a day, he did the work all by himself and the work was great, he installed everything brand new. Mr. Mikhail saved me a ton of money. He really goes out of his way to help his customers!
