Employee was great, excellent work ethic. Did everything he: could to solve my raccoon problem.

The technician who exterminated our house was very courteous and thorough. My parents are in their nineties and he was very respectful of their needs and answered all their questions. He explained what we needed to look for and what our next steps should be. I would hire this company anytime for all my extermination needs.

On awakening one morning last week, I was horrified to find a bat flying through my hallway. After a friend came over, captured the bat with towels, and let it go (unharmed) outside, I realized I couldn't rest without knowing if more than one bat had taken up residence in my house. I called a few places who quoted expensive prices for checking the house before finding A-Academy Termite and Pest Control. I rarely write reviews, but felt it necessary to thank this company in some way. The technician, Scot, who arrived at my house punctually, was wonderful. He carefully inspected the attic and the basement for possible entrances and bat droppings. After this, he assured me that the bat had been a rogue who entered through an open door when I was unpacking groceries and that the house was bat-free. When I asked him what the charge was, he said the visit was free-of-charge. I was amazed both at the generosity of the company and the professionalism and genial manner of the technician.
