Very courteous and professional service. They explained all that they were going to do, and why they were doing it. This helped my understanding, and allowed me to be comfortable with the fee quoted.

I only chose 2.5 stars for value because the service was performed so recently. I won't really know how well the treatment worked for 1-2 months yet. I can tell you that Paul, the guy that came to my house to do the inspection and then came back for the treatment, is very professional and personable. He did not hurry through the inspection and took the time to answer questions I had while he was performing the actual treatment in my home. So, the technician and service have been top notch. I will write a positive review on the actual treatment performance when enough time has passed to see the results.

A-Academy is outstanding in service, professionalism, customer relations and competence. They responded quickly and with the utmost integrity. Our technician, Matt, was extremely thorough, and personable. . Since this was for pest control, I was preparing myself for the worst possible outcome. Matt addressed the issue with great competence, and, to my relief , assured me that what I had feared and anticipated was nothing more than something very minor. He s an asset to the company , and his integrity is equal to his extraordinary competence. Of course I hope not to need pest control service again, but if the matter arises, their number is in my contact list.

Very knowledgeable and friendly company. They answer phone calls quickly and remove animals Promptly once caught in cage and take them to an animal friendly environment without harming the animal. Very good prices. I will use them again if needed and recommend them to everyone.

The technician Chris Cittadino was pleasant, informative and did the work in an efficient time period.
