+ 2 moreI contacted Owner Greg Hayes on 10/22/2013 via email after talking my neighbor and the Greg's crew leader. They were working on my neighbor's house, and received a good report. Greg came out to look at my house a few days later. By 11/11/2013, the work was completed. Greg's men were prompt, polite, paid attention to details, worked, and knew how to do their work. Greg was onsite, as needed. Greg was able to refer me to a gentleman (his Father-in-Law) who could complete the necessary repairs to my roof. This project was competed well, too.
Description of Work: Inspected exterior of house siding, trim, and facia boards, and provided advice about needed repairs T Provided advice about missing or lose roof tiles External House: Replaced and repaired external decorative trim and facia boards along roof line, as needed; sanded and primed other decorative trim and facia boards along roof line, as needed External Garage: Replaced two side vertical boards on garage door opening Interior Garage: Replaced/repaired bad tape joints for walls and ceiling, and corner joints inside garage, painted walls and ceiling inside garage Interior House: Filled nail holes in trim around new patio door, painted entire patio door facing inside house, stained natural sill on patio door to match wood floor Provided information on work that could be done in the Spring Cleared and cleaned work area Provided all materials
