Description of Work: Dealing with Vonage was the singular worst experience I have ever had with any vendor in my 35+ years working career. I strongly suggest you seriously consider other options for your phone and communications needs.

+ -1 moreNot bad, but after 11 years, the company would not refund 6 months prepaid service, and even though I paid yearly, there is NO discount for doing so. "In the contract". Don't sign the contract. Much better deal from your ISP.
Description of Work: Do not pay yearly. No discount, and if you should cancel, no refund of remaining charges. Service is the same as you would get from any cable provider, only at a MUCH higher cost.

+ -1 moreVonage over the cable modem, it seems to have as good as quality as AT&T landline and the like, more magnitude and more cost effective. They responsibly send me a bill and charge my credit card repeatedly. They are fine. I've had no issues with them.

+ -1 moreWe dropped their telephone service. It is not that they had done anything bad for us; we just tried to consolidate the companies providing this service. We had no problem with them. The price was the main reason we started with them. They were times when people would call in and repeatedly get disconnected but most of the times it was fine. We did not really deal with them a lot but they seemed to fix things quickly.
