Rick lies. He says he'll come, and doesn't. I paid him for a season, and I cannot get him to come back. He ignores my texts, or makes up obvious lies. Be warned. Don't hire him.

We first hired Rick back in 2014 to rectify a mice issue we were having in our basement. Rick did assist in getting rid of the mice. Since 2014, Rick helped with maintenance to avoid with any future issues. The problem I have with Rick is more recent. We paid Rick in full to continue monthly maintenance. Since October, I have tried to schedule an appointment with Rick. He has avoided responding, he has made appointments only to not show up and at this time he has violated the signed contract that I have. I would not recommend him to anyone. He has displayed his work ethic and his businesses dysfunction. Rightfully, save yourself a large headache, and choose another company.

I hired Panther Pest Control last year for a variety of issues. Rick came to address the issues but the results were only temporary. Being that I had a 1 year warranty, I asked for additional treatments since they didn't resolve the issue and have been getting the run around for 3 months. Not only that, the few times I've been able to reach Rick, he has stood me up 3 times. Beware of this company...

He was the least amount of money on the bids I got. He insured me they would be gone within 3-4 weeks with the treatment. Their customer service was well, and he was dead on with the timing. He comes with an unmarked truck so that your neighbors do not know that you are having pest control done.
