They were very accurate timewise. They were very responsive. I thought the price was fair.

He showed up on time and he was very professional. The only thing he didn't do is he didn't notice that one tree should be synched where the other guy that came out did.

Atlantic Tree arrived in the time window specified. They did a great job in pruning all the specified trees and efficiently removing the one tree close to my house. They used plywood boards for the bucket truck and didn't mess up my lawn. The team was professional and friendly, and the cleanup was great. I would definitely used them again.

Arrived on time and completed everything in one day. Removed a number of very large trees and many smaller ones. Cleaned up ant took everything with them.

They did excellent work. There were no problems at all. They cleaned up very well. The tree was no more than 8 feet away from the house and they took care of everything. They were extremely reasonable as well and did a good job grinding the tree.

Two 60' trees on the side of our yard were damaged by a lightning strike on 7/18/2012. An estimator from Atlantic Tree Service arrived in the morning on 7/19/2012 in response to our call. He wrote up the estimate and a crew arrived by 4:30 in the afternoon. They removed everything but the two tree trunks. Surprisingly, none of the landscape bushes around the two trees were damaged during the removal of the massive overhead branches. The crew was safe and professional. The following morning the Altantic Tree crane crew arrived to remove the two standing tree trunks and to grind the stumps. The crew again worked quickly, carefully, and left the premises spotless.We also appreciated the practical suggestions on what variety of trees will do best in our area and have low maintenance with longevity.

. They were quick, efficient and courteous. However, the cleanup was hasty and not done well. Ruts were left and they became filled with wood chips. A drain pipe from the gutter was knocked off and not replaced. When the supervisor was asked to not run his Bobcat tractor over the neighbor's lawn, he responded by backing it immediately over the neighbor's lawn. Thereafter, he left the neighbor's lawn alone. Except for these few issues, they were quite competent and I would be happy to use them again.

We have a fairly wooded lot and had 18 or 19 trees taken down and a few others trimmed. They did an outstanding job in about four hours - they showed up on time, didn't break / harm anything, and did the trees quickly and efficiently. We asked them to cut the trunks into logs for the fireplace and they did that for the larger trees. They ground down the stumps too. All in all we were very happy and would hire them again. We have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

They did excellent. They fixed a problem that they created and paid all expenses involved. They even covered our deductible.

The job went just fine. The trees in question had been pre-marked with orange tape so theere was no need for on-site supervision. The company does not have any Certified Tree Experts (CTEs) so the job was a sismple chop and remove. If more careful pruning or technical analysis were needed, another company would haave been a better choice. However, Atlantic is a reliable requesntly used company in Holmdel and the price was right.

They were very good. They are very professional. They came over and they did pre-requisite and then they came back actually did the job. They came back again and cleaned up, which was good.

I have used them multiple times and would use them again in the future.

Jay the estimator showed up exactly on time. His visit was followed up an hour later with a phone call from the office to schedule an appointment. Robert and his crew showed up on time and they were great...total pros. Everything done as ordered. Super clean-up job. These guys really know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Called on a Tuesday, got estimate on Saturday morning. Was told the job would take only 4 hours. Got one other estimate which was $500 more. Went with Atlantic not only because of price, but they seemed more professional, more detailed in description of work to be done. The crew of 6 arrived on time as promised with a huge professional bucket truck, chipper, 2 trucks for the chips, a crane truck, and the grinder. I was concerned about tire ruts in the back yard since it had rained the night before, so they put down sheets of thick plywood to drive on. So far so good. Backyard went well, low branches trimmed, big tree cut down. Side yard was really overgown with vines taking over all the trees. They cut back the trees from away from the house, and got rid of most of the saplings, but I had to point out many spots they missed. They cleaned up fairly well, except for leaving a couple hundred black walnut balls on the ground. The stump grinder also created tire ruts in the front yard. I asked that they fix them, but it was not done. Also, they brought in the crane truck to remove the huge trunk pieces of the big tree cut down, and after they left I noticed it left a foot-deep gouge in the lawn. It seemed like when they hit the 4 hour mark, they just wanted to get out of there. I'd use them again, but I'd be much more demanding that they fix problems before they left.

Alantic Tree Service was a pleasure to deal with. They came out the the day after I called to give me an estimate and completed the job in less than a week. They did the job quickly and affordable and cleaned everything up when they were done. i will certainly use them again

These guys remove 3 large trees in my yard, one in the front and two in the back. They were on time, very friendsly and professional. They even did a few things I asked for that were not on the quote. By the time they left ou would have never know they were they. They were conscientious and left things clean. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a very good job and a great clean up. Not one leaf was remaining on the lawn and no lawn damage at all. I did have some difficulty with them initially on the exact nature of the work that needed done. But the written estimate was clear and once the supervisor saw that they finished the job. The workman only wanted to partially cut two trees while the estimate was for full removal. Regardless, the confusion was understandable and was promptly and professionally resolved.

We had a great experience with Atlantic Tree Service.I called for an estimate on a Tuesday, they came on Thursday to take a look and did the job the following Tuesday. They were fast and professional and friendly. The estimate they quoted was what the job cost on the day. We had three large/tall Locust trees removed and stumps ground out. Two from the back of the house and one in the front. We would definitely use them again!

The price was really good. They call me back and they show up when they are supposed to. They did a nice job with the cleanup and I almost couldn't even tell they were there. I will absolutely use them again.

They were professional and relatable. The difficult tree removal went like a dream. They didn't trim back the highest dead branches, which was part of the estimate. I thought maybe they hadn't brought the +70 ft truck, but then I saw it as they were leaving. I should have pressed them about this, but between crying babies and picking up kids from school I let it slide.
