Anthony Environmental Duct Cleaning

Called and Tom took me through the whole process and answered any questions I had without hesitation with friendly demeanor. We set a date/time within a few minutes we booked without any hassle. Showed up on time and again took me through the process and I was able to learn about my system. Since I had issues with cold air in a few rooms Tom gave me great advice on some of my options. The work was done within 1 1/2 hours and I am 100% happy with the service and outcome of the cleaning. Not only that.. When cleaning my dryer vent I explained I think we smelled gas and he even helped assist me troubleshoot and in fact my dryer regulator ended up being broken and I had a gas leak. I had NJNG come out and we shut the valve to stop the leak so I can get it fixed! Let's just say I owe Tom more than what I paid.

Confirmed the day prior, arrived on time, completed the work in about 2.5 hours. Was professional and would definitely hire again.

Tom was extremely professional. He called and explained everything from soup to nuts including the price as there were no hidden charges or fees. I could instantly smell a fresher, cleaner house. The air quality in my house has gone up immeasurably. And with 3 small children in the house it was of the utmost important that he did a thorough job. Tom went above and beyond the call of duty and now has a client for life and I would recommend his services to anyone that needed their ducts, AC unit and dryer vents cleaned out.

I had originally hired another contractor (Aardvark Air) who did not show up after my husband took a half day of work to meet him, when I called him to ask where he was, 45 minutes after our appointment time he claimed we didnt have an appointment, then said " bottom line is I'm not there and not coming do you want another appointment?" Of course that was my last conversation with that idiot! I then called the next number on my list and thank god it was Tom, he responded immateriality and went out of his way to accommodate me for a Saturday morning appt. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He insisted he and his employees remove their shoes even though I told him it wasn't necessary, they spred drop cloths everywhere so not to disturb anything and went about their job. They wer fast and very clean, I did not see a spec of dust anywhere. Actually while they were there I was speaking to a friend raving about them and she asked for their info so she could hire them as well. Excellent all around Highty recommended.

Everything that was promised was delivered! Courteous & professional! Arrived for the job on time as promised. Very conscious of not interrupting my day as I work from home. They even protected their shoes as they walked thru my house as to not get any dirt on my carpeting. Extremely happy with the service & I would definitely recommend them to family & friends.

He was as professional as you could ever want. Explaining the procedure, informing us of new products and the results were that our home is now cleaner, our children are breathing clean air and we now have piece of mind that their health not in any danger from any airborne dust or other crap that was inside our ductwork.

Tom and his assistant showed up very punctually. Tom is very professional and he explained to me what the process would be like and approximately how long it would take, then they went to work! The owner scheduled the appt. himself, and came promptly after I originally called. He gave me a price based upon my guess of how many ducts there were, and said there would be no additional charge for extra vents (other companies charge in this area by how many ducts there are, thus adding expense when they do the service). We did have several extra vents, so I was pleased to not be charged extra. His assistant put a cardboard sheet on the driveway under the truck, much appreciated. They were both very careful to wipe their feet as they came in and out. The owner did most of the work, was very pleasant, efficient, quiet, and also advised which ducts to close for heat, and for a/c, most informative. Any questions were answered fully, including when to return for ducts, and for the dryer vent. The dryer vent time was based upon how much I personally use the dryer, not the norm. Overall I liked his demeanor, price, work, accuracy of schedule, and coming within a few days of my call. I highly recommend him.
