Description of Work: Called three times & left msg...finally got a call back from John & made an appointment, then NO SHOW. Could not reach him on the phone, so left another msg and he called back TWO DAYS AFTER he was scheduled & responded as if it there was no problem with his calling to reschedule and not showing up at all! I told him I had to take time off from work to have this done and WILL NOT TAKE A CHANCE to ever call him again.

+ -1 moreThey return your phone calls unlike other places. When you call you get to speak to people and not a machine. They come on the day they schedule promptly. The first time it took me some time to get a hold of them, but they still came and changed the cracked glass. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Superior Glass Inc. to change the glass on my windows in December, 2011.

Description of Work: Replaced balances in top of 2 casement windows. The top of casement windows did not stay up causing drafts.
