+ -1 moreMy building has used Juliana's services for almost 9 years. Until the last 6 months, service was OK. They cleaned the common areas and emptied the trash as expected. Recently, however, we have had to have several conversations with them about their unsatisfactory work. They're expected to clean the commons areas, take out the trash, and replace the light bulbs. They've done their work most of the time.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, and literally attacked my house! They moved furniture, cleaned behind and under things; they underestimated the time needed to do the job, so one room did not get as complete a job as the rest, but there was a lot to do. It was certainly a thorough and professional job. They don't put everything back where it was originally, but every cleaner seems to do that.
Description of Work: My house really needed a thorough spring cleaning. They arrived with a team of workers, and did the best deep cleaning I have ever had from an outside service.

+ -1 moreWe are extremely pleased with their service, especially after the terrible experience we had with the company that we used before them. Our person does a great job, and we really feel that he cares about our building.
Description of Work: Price above is our monthly rate. We have been using Juliana Personal Cleaning on a on-going basis as the cleaning service for our 6 unit condo building since May 2008. They are responsible for vacuuming, dusting and cleaning our common areas including the lobby, elevator and stairwells. They take our trash and recycling to the curb on multiple days each week. They also hose down our garage floor once per month, and pick up litter from the sidewalk and landscaped areas around our building.
