+ -1 moreThe company was very responsive to my request for an estimate since I had a short time window before other construction work was to be done. The tech came the next day and removed the old door cleanly and quickly. The door only took about 2 weeks to be ready for install. The crew showed up early and took about 4 hours to install. The only problem was the height of the opened door since I have low garage ceilings. I could not walk through without hitting the support ribs with my head. The techs worked to raise the door tracks as high as possible, and did manage to get me and my Jeep under it with an inch to spare. The Liftmaster belt drive opener is possibly the quietest thing I have ever heard in use. Love it.

+ -1 moreFirst the technician inspected my old sears garage door unit and diagnosed the problem. He then gave my wife and estimate to fix our original unit. He also gave us 3 options to replace the unit. The prices were fair (i was checking them online) and the cost of installation was also reasonable. In the end, my wife went with a new unit and the installation was extremely clean and well done. My garage was left neater than when he first arrived! Now that's a pleasant switch.
