+ -1 moreSo far it's been fine and they've been very responsive. They were willing to work with us. We've contacted several real estate offices but they have a set price on their mind, separate way of doing things, they wanted to do it their way and they don't keep up to our expectations that is why we went to Century 21. They've been very helpful and very nice.
Description of Work: We went with Century 21. They were selling our house.

+ 0 moreMy agent at Century 21 was very efficient and thorough. She gave me a lot of different information, including what the houses in the neighborhood were selling for. Another realtor didn't do anything for me, besides telling me to paint some rooms and put a sign on the front lawn. She did things other people didn't tell me about.
Description of Work: They appraised my late mother's house and helped to sell it.

+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD WITH THIS AGENCY NOT ONLY DID THEY FIND MY FIRST HOME, BUT THEY HELPED ME TO FIND A MORTGAGE COMPANY AND APPRAISED THE HOME FOR ME. THEY CAN OFFER MULTIPLE SERVICES WITHIN THE AGENCY.
Description of Work: THIS AGENCY WAS ABLE TO FIND AN APPRAISAL PERSON FOR ME AND APPRAISED MY NEW HOME. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL BECAUSE I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER.
