+ -1 moreNo follow up to the job they did last year, told me this was a big job. I tried calling them but since they are so busy, guess they don't want our business.
Description of Work: Our builder put the sprinkler system by Automatic. I had to call them 3 times, and my contractor had to call them twice to get instruction/dates on when they can come and service the system. The woman on the phone told me they were extremely busy and they could not come out for 3 weeks, but to have the contractor pull up the heads and they can come out and cap the heads. So had the paver patio done. Then waited 3 weeks for them to come, the service guy came and said that he couldn't do anything and needed a crew. I asked when he can come back to do this work (which he put in last year), he said as soon as possible. I got no return call or written estimate or anything. they just didn't care.

+ -1 moreCut one of the lines to the outside lights which were underground. Refused to do anything to repair damage or to refund some of the contracted amount as a token of goodwill. Their contracts specifically do not take responsibility for any damage, but as a customer I feel it is their responsibility to watch out for electrical lines since they must run into this problem a lot. Also they are very slow in providing follow-up service.
Description of Work: installed new rainbird automatic system for front and back yards.

+ -1 moreTerrible experience. They did not put a battery in the main box, so that when there was a storm, the system went down because there was emergency backup.
Description of Work: they installed the lawn sprinkler system.
