HILLSDALE GLASS

Worst customer service ever... I called about a pretty big custom glass job for a commercial build-out - custom double glass entry doors and some glass panels. Took weeks to finally send someone to measure, and then I did not receive any pricing for about a week and a half. When I called the shop today, the person answering the phones could not locate my file and then got frustrated and told me she would have to call me back another time once she can locate my file because there were people in the showroom she needed to attend to... I pointed out that I am a customer who walked into their showroom a month ago and I'm still waiting on service; why are the people in your showroom more important than my business. Especially where I'm looking at a $5,000 to $10,000 job. Well, you just lost my business. I'd rather pay more to a company that knows how to treat its customers.

Very pleased with the service and professionalism of Hillsdale glass. The entire process from quote to measurement to installation was without incident. It was estimated that from time of order it would be two weeks before the unit was available for installation. To our surprise it was installed in one week.

Ted was punctual and professional and gave a fair price. His installers did a great job and took special care with the installation because it was a little tricky fitting the mirror into the space. Would use them again.
