He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. We didn't realize the magnitude of this until a professional company redid the lines and patio, but there isn't anything we can do for our unaligned steps unless we dish out more money to fix thoses. I have been searching for this company's name due to the fact I threw everything out but I found the original emails."
