BOB-KATH CLEANING SVC

They are very polite and show up exactly at the scheduled time. The work is done very well and I have never had any problems with them. They normally do the stairs and hallway areas. These are areas that see a lot of traffic and they always clean it very well and I am always pleased.

They were professional and on time. They did a satisfactory job.

Bob cleaned a carpet for me about 15 years ago but i couldn't remember his name and so could not locate him in the phone book. I decided to used Angie's List and when I saw his name I knew it was the person from 15 years ago. He did a great job then and a great job this time.

The job went flawlessly. The carpets look great. It was a pleasure doing business with Bob-Kath and I will definitely work with them again.

I couldn't have been more pleased! I seleced Bob-Kath from Angie's list, called them, the receptionist was so pleasant. I shortly received a call back and the owner came over the next day to expain everything that would be done and provide an estimate. I took several days to get more estimates but no one was as timely or seemed as professional as Bob. We agreed on a date for the job to be done (sorry I'm posting this so late) and he showed up on time, was neat, did the work quickly. Also, there was an area in the family room that was quite embedded with dirt and grime and he was able to remove the stain! They look great!

We called him a few days before we've put our house on the market, and he squeezed us in when he had a last minute cancellation. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He made recommendations based on our budget. He even sent us a hand-written thank-you card in mail after the work was done. It was a great experience. When I meet service professionals like Bob, I realize that my subscription to Angie's list is really worth the money!

I called Bob because my cleaning people had spilled something on the carpet that turned blue as it dried. The owner of the cleaning service came and managed to lighten the color a little, but it was still very noticeable. Bob said he couldn't be sure he could get it out but he would do his best. At the end of his time in the house, the carpet was still a little damp, and we couldn't tell if the sport was still there. He gave me some hints on what to do to lessen the color. However, when the carpet dried, the spot was absolutely gone and the rest of the carpet looked wonderful, too. Bob was quick, efficient, and neat. II'll surely call him again.

Another company I contacted was $100 more than this company.

Wow! Bob-Kath was wonderful! From the prompt return phone call, to scheduling of my cleaning. Bob was both professional and thorough. He did a fantastic job and came with all of the equipment needed. I have him on my professional list and will recommend him to all who need carpets cleaned!

My son-in law shook a pilot pen and ink spilled all over the carpet in my home/office. He called a carpet company, gave them his credit card, and set up an appointment. It was going to cost him 225.00, and I canceled the appointment and actually tried to do the job myself because I felt badly to have a guest in my home pay for the service. Anyway, I used Oxyclean and some other solution, and after working for several hours, the ink stains spread and I made it look much worse. I then checked your list and came up with Bob-Kath cleaning. Mr. Pagnanella told me that he didn't think the ink would come off at all. I asked him to come anyway to try. His price was 85.00, and he came over the next day. He removed his shoes, was courteous, and asked me questions about the type of pen, etc. He really tried as much as he could, and if he tried any more, the wool would have been destroyed. Anyway, the stains actually got much lighter and achieved a better result than we expected.

Bob returned my call promptly and was able to give me an estimate on the phone after I supplied him with measurements. The cost was reasonable and we scheduled a date and time. He was prompt and courteous and explained exactly how the work was going to be done and what kind of results to expect. He did a great job and I was very satisfied.

I THINK THAT HE DID A PHENOMENAL JOB ON MY CARPETS. HE REMOVED A STAIN THAT WAS REALLY HARD TO GET OUT. I GOT GREAT SERVICE FOR MY MONEY. THE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD TOO.
