I found Wayne Smith to be a superb realtor. A tried and true professional. He has vast experience in the real estate industry especially in the central New Jersey and Bucks County, PA areas. Wayne has outstanding communications and technical skills, and is a great listener. He was able to size up my needs, and was an immense help when I contracted his services to sell my parent's home after their passing. It was a difficult time for me losing both my parents in a four month span of time. Wayne supported me by giving me time and space to make the right decisions regarding the sale of my parent's home. My parents had lived in that house just over 50 years, a place where I grew up, as well. Wayne's guidance was so invaluable to me and lead to the sale of the house within one week of being placed on the market. After the offer, Wayne continued to give me assistance re the post-sale process that I needed to follow to get the home inspected, etc. The result was a quick sale at a fair market price that I strongly believe both the seller and buyer benefited from. Wayne Smith is a five star realtor! Without question, I will refer Wayne to anyone I come in contact with that is considering selling their home and/or property. I certainly I will contact Wayne when I'm ready to sell my current home in the future.

With Wayne, the issue of being remote wasn't a concern. Wayne is friendly and easygoing, but he's all business when he needs to be. He's well versed in technology, so he works by all means of communication. He's knowledgeable about all kinds of topics (his knowledge of septic systems truly helped us, as we don't have those down in VA - this is a MAJOR plus to someone buying/selling in the NJ area where they're pervasive) - yet he knows who to call when expert assistance is needed. He's got a good network of people, and knows how to get things done. Wayne goes above and beyond, is always responsive, and keeps on top of everything. I am very big on competence - I love folks who are competent, and cannot stand those who aren't. Wayne is more than competent - he's the quintessential Realtor, and and a great guy to boot. Of course your mileage will vary, but we were under contract in a matter of weeks. I would recommend Wayne to absolutely anybody. Our lives were chaos with all the family struggles going on after the passing of my dad. With Wayne looking out for us, we were able to sleep at night, knowing the house situation was in good hands. In short, don't hesitate - give Wayne a call. He got us through a very tough time in a very tough market. I really believe that the Realtors left in the game after the market we've seen in the last few years are the good ones. The ones that get houses sold are the truly great ones.
