Pez was not the least expensive by far, but the technician was very familiar with the Eccobee thermostat and the specific wiring challenge we had with separate AC and Heating systems. He was professional and efficient.

I'd use them again without question.

Pezz installed a Briggs & Stratton whole house generator and transfer switch. They were extremely professional, and competitively priced. I was kept informed about the install schedule and they were 100% punctual. All the team members were friendly and took the time to answer my questions before, during and after the install. They scheduled all permitting and inspections...everything went off without a hitch. They were respectful of my home, did a neat job and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Very helpful initially, and stayed to finish the job in spite of the fact that one of the guys got hurt and had to leave for medical care.

The heater is working,he tried to sell me a part for$1000, even though he didn?t know what it cost. Or he offered an option of installing the part with no warranty or installing a new heater with 10 year warranty. Couldn?t believe this guy

Customer Service and Trust are important to me, this company has both. David prices my system and Elmer installed it (i think Joe helped) and I would never use another company for HVAC or Electrical. I usually don t review companies but if peace of mind is what you are looking for, look no further. As a police officer, i deal with a lot of contractor scams and shady people - it s refreshing to see a company like Pezz Electric exists and isn t price gouging for their quality and integrity. They could ve charged me $1,000 more and i would have used them. (Pezz - Please don t charge more though).

David was excellent. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. The price was a little high and my baseboard heating is still noisy but the system is working well and the install was clean.

I had a good experience this past Monday with the furnace. Got up Monday AM, around 6ish, and the heat was not working. I disconnected the thermostat, and jumped the heat wires, but still no furnace. Around 7ish, I searched on Home Advisor for a repairman. They set me up with Pezz Electrical, also an HVAC contractor, who scheduled to come between 8:30 and 9:30 that morning. I never used Pezz but have seen their trucks around; they are right here in Hillsborough. Well around 8:20, the fella shows up and zip, zip, zip, he diagnosed and fixed the furnace. Turns out the ignitor was cracked; he said they blow eventually, just like light bulbs. He put in a new one and did a "maintenance visit" to the furnace. He told me it is 17 years old; so keep an eye on it but it still has a few years left. Charged $296 for everything. Probably a bit much, but ???? Anyway, I would use them again in the future.

Pezz came to my rescue after a failed permit inspection stated a number of fixes that needed to be done. Customer service was very polite and engaged in conversation in order to provide quick scheduling, and actually scheduled a technician for the same day. Andy did a great job and was the nicest guy ever, even communicating with the Twp. builders in order to complete the job as required. He was a pleasure to have around. He answered all questions and completed the job quickly. All in all, it was a good experience.
