Description of Work: Leak in bathroom drain, meanwhile its being renovated. Bathroom is gutted. I want to fix the leak, but also move the drain. John didn't understand what a trench drain was and looked like why would want one in my shower stall. John comes back after talking to his boss and said they would have to tile the whole bathroom. Knowing I have a contractor doing the work. Will never deal with them again. They saw a newly gutted bathroom and saw dollar signs. Needless to say I didn't get a quote. Customer Service POOR!!!!

Description of Work: .I had a water heater replaced. They removed the old one and set up the new water heater. There was a gas leak that I noticed on the weekend after the install. It was a Sunday and they called me back with in 15 minutes. He came out that day and fixed the leak. It did not cost me any more.

Description of Work: Called on a Saturday they called back early Monday morning and got an appointment that day. Changed out our water heater and fixed our furnace. They were efficient and cleaned up nicely. Also they're price are not based on hourly rates.
