Service levels have improved since spring when we got our pool started up. They have have had turnover in their group but appear to have now recovered and are more responsive. Will continue to use them this season.

We have used Levco Pool for many years now. They have replaced our liner, heater & now our filter. We have been very happy with their service & professionalism. There aren't many pool companies out there that are reliable and fair with their pricing. We recommend them highly.

We have an inground liner pool and, in the summer of 2013, we realized that water has been leaking at about 1/4" per day. Since it was already toward the end of the summer and the water temperature was getting colder, we decided to hold off until the next summer to have the problem fixed. When we opened the pool in 2014, there appeared to be some water loss but it wasn't as bad as we thought. It seemed that the water loss has stopped once it hit a certain level of the pool. After having worked briefly with another pool company with questionable billing practice, I contacted Levco in July 2014. I spoke with the Service Manager who was helpful on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he was prompt to send a technician over to take a look. The service that I signed up for included pressure testing of all lines and inspection of the liner (with diver) and other contact points to the liner e.g. steps and lights. A technician showed up and he was pleasant, helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the good feelings kind of stopped at that first visit. Throughout the course of the next month and a half, we've had numerous phone calls, email exchanges, and visits from Levco (to their credit) but the water problem not only persisted but it got worse. Other technicians have shown up, marked water levels, re-tested water lines, capped more lines, inspected and re-inspected steps & faceplates, put epoxy around steps etc. Every time we called, they were responsive but seemed to just repeat the same drill every time without actually getting to the heart of the problem.

After discussing a misunderstanding with the owner all is well .

My concrete pool was 15 years old and needed some improvements. I found Levco pools on Angies list and asked for a quote through e-mail. Hector responded immediately through email. We had multiple communications and finally settled on having my pool tile repaired first. It was an hourly rate so I took a chance. He purchased the tile, scheduled the service, and completed everything as expected. Cost ~$1,100 Since the work was performed well, and the prices he gave were competitive, I continued with the larger project of replacing my filter, pump, heater, all piping/valves and installing a new salt chlorinator. All of this work was completed in 1 day without issue. The workers were very nice and made sure everything worked fine before they left. Everything was left in a clean state. Cost ~$8,200 including converting pool to salt chlorinationand removing all the old equipment.

To make a long story short, I used to take of our swimming pool myself, but I fell seriously ill in 2012 and can no longer do so. Our pool went unopened for two years because of my illness and the summer prior the weather had been really bad. At any rate, I needed a pool company, so I STUPIDLY failed to consult Angie's list as I normally do because I had been doing business with National Pools for over 15 years, buying all my supplies and materials from them. So I went to them figuring they would treat me right given the history. I was wrong, but I go into that over on their reviews, so I won't clutter it up here with that. After being thoroughly screwed over by National I DID consult Angie's list and found Levco enjoying a well-deserved A rating across the board. I called them and Laura, the girl who answers the phone was very understanding and connected me with the manager, Hector. Both were very courteous and it was arranged to have my pool pumped AGAIN (National had pumped it once but never returned leaving it teeming with algae. So Levco did everything they were supposed to when they said they would. They were honest and very pleasant to work with. The bottom line here is Levco is a great company run by competent people. I recommend them highly, but most of all I recommend you never neglect to consult Angie's List or do so at your own peril.

Levco was extremely responsive. I called on a Wednesday and even during the busy pool opening season, they were able to come out and replace the pump on Saturday morning (we were originally scheduled for Friday, but the weather wasn't cooperating so I received a call letting me know that they wouldn't be able to come out until the next morning.) When they arrived, they attempted to fix the pump a couple of different ways and although in the end we did need to replace the pump, I appreciated that they tried to save us some $ and did not go straight to the quick (and more expensive) fix. Highly recommend.

They are fantastic...fair price and excellent, responsive service. They are an old fashioned company who believes that making the customer happy means making sure the job is done right with quality and professionalism. I was so pleased by their work and attentiveness, I ordered a new pool cover. They also are the company that now services my pool on an annual basis. I highly recommend their company.

They were quick, prompt, responsive and did a quality job. Very happy and have referred them to others.

Levco Pools is professional on doing the estimate as well as the liner replacement work. My wife and I love their work. The only complaint I had is that the lady who I talked to on the phone was always worrying about the payment but not their job quality. After Levco put on the new liner and filling the water, every time I call her, her first word would always be "where is your payment?" I was like: your work is not finished yet, and you don't ask how the work is done what the quality is but keep asking me to pay you?!

They were very nice, knowledgeable and they didn't milk the time. I will use them again without question! Hector who is the head of service was terrific and easy to deal with.

Very quick to schedule a visit, but I had to provide signed credit card authorization in advance before they would come out. I never had to do that with any provider before. I believe they forgot my appt and I had to call during the day of the appt and they did run a crew out to me. In fact they sent me the wrong form at first and couldn't figure out what was the right form. Loved having to go through multiple emails, printing, scanning and emailing back my oath that I'll pay before they would come out to my house. The crew was sent to address the lack of flow problem and knew nothing about providing to me an estimate. They tried a few things that didn't work to fix the flow problem and said they may have to come back to do a pressure test because they didn't have the equipment for that. I would have been crazed if that turned out to be the case if I had to pay for two service visits because they were unprepared. The crew called the office and got another idea to cut/cap the leaking bottom drain line and that worked. However I did not get an estimate for the bigger job and was told I had to contact the office. The cost for a service call was $135. they then charged me $65 to fix the problem. There were no parts except for a PVC cap. You mean the service call give me time with them and no service? I have never had to double dip like that without service call providers. As the main reason I called them was the estimate for the bigger job, I had to email them to ask for that. Waited a few days, no response, so I emailed them again. Owner said he thought he answered when he did finally respond. His answer was there is not an easy fix and it's a big job. I already knew it was a big job, I wanted to get options to address replacement of the bottom drain line and estimates. I never got that. The estimate is the reason I called them in the first place. I was happy to pay for the service charge when they came for the estimate but I only wanted a supplier to do that work when they have me the bigger estimate. I'm sure for others that had simple requests the they found the crew to be diligent and were delighted with Levco. But to me they could not even remember what I needed and basically just ran someone out to me without taking into account what the customer was actually asking for. I find in pool service the service providers in the area are not very good compared to other types of providers so if you get a reasonable response/service others may rate highly. That is not the case with me.

They've always been very responsive and very professional. They do what they said they are going to do, do it on time and very knowledgeable. The first pool maintenance company I found that is actually competent.

We're still working with Levco Pools, Inc. and they seem to be very reliable and good. They're a little pricey but I guess you pay for what you get. Depending on how things go, we are planning to use them further on, in the future. They're high priced. I have to say, based on our experiences, you get what you pay for. So, the way they deal with customers and calling back when they say they do and showing up when they say they will is great, so far. Other people who are cheaper don't seem to have the same manners about these things. I figure they're a bigger company and they're way better organized than other, smaller companies. So far, they're calling me back. They're giving me information and it's all been pretty good. The work itself hasn't been done yet. If the work they doing for us goes well, we will be using them in the future.

Short story: Our family can?t give this company a high enough score to accurately reflect our satisfaction with the (colossal) completed backyard project. It was worth every dime (a few dimes actually) for the quality of workmanship and overall civility of every single employee and stakeholder we dealt with. Here, you get what you pay for, and then some. Long story: We had similar work done (on a much smaller scale) in our prior house by a different, ?national? pool company. That was such a bad experience we were reluctant to have ANY work done on our next house. We did our homework and researched several leading pool contractors. Angie?s list was a great place to start our search and the Levco reviews ultimately turned out to be right on the money. Disclaimer: we had no prior affiliation with anyone remotely connected to this company ? this is a real story. The Levco experience all starts with lovely Laura. She answers your call and schedules an appointment with the boy-genius, Peter Lidia. We call him that because he is a genius when it comes to pool and surrounding design ? he?s been doing it forever. Boy is tacked on because he operates heavy machinery like a Nascar driver ? prime entertainment. When we first told Peter what we wanted, he said ?Nope, you can?t have that.? He then proceeded to tell us why our ideas were dreadful, and they were in hindsight. You would think the conversation would have ended at that point, but no . . . he gave us four or five ideas that we had not even considered, and they were brilliant. It was as if he knew what we wanted long before we did. We were just hoping to get a blue body of water in the backyard and instead, we got a backyard oasis with living and entertaining spaces that the whole family, friends, and neighborhood can enjoy. FYI - I was joking about the neighborhood. I can personally vouch for the other positive reviews on Angie?s list. The Levco construction crew showed up regularly and they have an amazing work ethic. These are long-term employees, and they know what they are doing and do it well. Peter stayed in constant contact with us and worked onsite regularly throughout the project. Most impressive, he discussed options with us at each phase of the project, and listened, in order to customize the result to our needs ? this is not a one-size fits all operation. Shawn Nisse, the awesome owner, also touched base at intervals to make sure the work was being done to our satisfaction. Our calls and emails were returned within the day-every single time. The craftsmanship by Levco is extraordinary. I tend to be a bit critical in this area but I have no complaints whatsoever. We were familiar with much of the work to be done from installing a pool in our prior house, or so we thought. Nay, nay. Levco took extra steps that the ?national? company did not. Extra steps, extra building materials, extra manpower, extra experience. It may have taken a little longer, and cost a few more dimes, but all this ?extra? certainly showed in the details of the finished project. I will start by saying that the high level of professionalism begins with Levco's administrative assistant Laura. From the beginning she has always maintained a very friendly, cooperative and responsive demeanor. Once Peter came out and spoke with us we knew immediately we made the right choice and picked the right company. We are not one of their biggest jobs but he treated it like it was. He took the time to carefully go over all of our options for finishes. One by one. I am not a quick decision maker but Peter kept entertaining me and placing at least a dozen of finish samples in our pool to get the true effect of the finished product. He was really great to work with. He was even nice enough to throw in a few mosaic tiles for our steps and buddy seat. He described the process that would take place in great detail and how long it would take to complete. The crew came early every day they were expected to come and left when the job was completed, at least an 8 hour day. They were friendly, professional and super clean which is huge for me. I have seen contractors that leave your house looking like a bomb went off but not this crew. At the end of each day you would never even know they were there. Every tool, every piece of debris picked up. Not to mention these guys worked like a well oiled machine. They were always doing something and they worked well together. The crew finished the job well within the estimated completion date. During and immediately after the project was completed any concerns I had were quickly addressed and resolved. They were always very helpful, responsive and striving to please, even well after they were paid in full for the project. Even this year, eight months after the completion of our pool resurfacing, Levco (Peter in particular) still advised and helped us out with concerns of opening up our pool for the first time with the new surface. It was amazing. They were paid in full, the job was done and yet they were still there for us. Even more amazing, the owner of the company Shawn, was just as accommodating. He was never too busy for a phone call or a question. These days its hard to find a company that stands behind their workmanship and product. If you are looking for a solid, reputable, trustworthy company you can rely on, even after the job is complete.......look no further. Levco Pools is that company. Their entire staff is outstanding, the work is amazing and overall it was a great experience from start to finish. Our pool has never looked so incredible! Thank you Peter, Shawn and Laura!!!!!

I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Their workers were here day and night literally till 1am in the morning trying to fix something. They were very courteous and I can't say enough of good things about them. We got what we paid for and it was not the cheapest offer but we spent good money with another company so we were glad to spend on Levco to fix the problem and everything else. We would recommend them. They are very professional and knowledgeable and the people who come to do the pool are extremely courteous. It seems like a personalized service and you don't seem like just a member. They treat you like they take pride in servicing you.

They were fast and efficient. They were very responsive and I will be using them again to open my pool this spring.

Levoc was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. They were very punctual, professional and responsive to all of our needs. They identified problems before we pointed them out and addressed them without us needing to ask. Also, using them to coordinate all of the work and thus having one point of contact (Peter) made the entire project stress free. They worked in all weather conditions to complete the job as quickly as possible.

Can't say enough good things about Levco - from Shawn, to Peter (thank you!!!), to the techs who did the work, everyone was pleasant and very helpful. They were responsive and honest and patient. I had a very bad experience with a very questionable outfit in the area (I think I wrote a review of them) and Levco was so different - in a good way. They told me what needed to be done and what we could do without. Of course we opted to have them do the extra work after they did such a good job on the necessary repairs. They did make a little mistake (understandable with our very old system) but quickly fixed it and made everything work wonderfully! No, they're not the cheapest option out there, but neither was the other one I tried and THEY scammed me. Levco is honest, thorough and a great VALUE.

All of the work was done very well, with pride, and in a timely fashion. Their price was ~15% lower than other estimates and they knew more about my type of pool and advised me better than the other 3 providers that I got estimates from. After the very hard winter we had, I found a couple of cracks in new places. I called, they came and looked and agreed to repaired them under the warranty. The repair was excellent. THEY STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK! Unusual these days. I recommend them highly!

Peter gave me an estimate that same night. He was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't think of anything bad to say. He showed up when he said he would and returned the written estimate when he said he would. I do plan on hiring these folks.

The crew was very hardworking. It was very hot, and instead of bringing all the equipment they brought in all these people to dig it out so that they wouldn't’t rip out our whole backyard. We also had them pour concrete around the pool. They were great and did an amazing job. They were nice and punctual, and I am very pleased with their work. They were reasonably priced too. I had called up three companies for estimates, and Levco Pools’ price was right in the middle. The crew was here every single day. The only time they stopped was when it rained and they had to stop.

They are very professional to work with. Its small and local, and not part of a chain. They do an excellent job. They have great customer service. It is excellent work. I would recommend them to others.
