First time everything went well with job! The crew was efficient, and worked very neatly! The following year, the pool started to develop dark spots. Levco applied an acid wash, and it seemed better. By end of season, the spots reappeared. They were dissatisfied with the results and informed me they would redo the whole job! Well, the pool looks absolutely beautiful now!! They were relentless with achieving the results it should have had to begin with! I’m so happy to have gone with a company such as Levco! They stand by their products and work diligently to keep their customers happy! I also use Levco to service my pool, and wouldn’t trust Any other pool company. They are honest, knowledgeable, and most of all dedicated to their customers!

I've been using Levco for the past year for the opening and closing of my gunite pool. Tech's sent out are very professional and helpful with recommendations. Prices are fair, but the job is done right which is the main reason I switched from my previous provider.

The price was reasonable. Levco arrived as scheduled and replaced the pool heater. The installers were quick and efficient. I only wish they installed all of the PVC piping horizontal and vertical. There are only two pipe, an inlet and and outlet. One pipe was installed diagonally to save 2 minutes of labor and an extra elbow fitting. I dont like to hover over installers but maybe i should have in this case.

Job went well. Crew was very professional . They worked hard , were very cooperative and cleaned up well when complete.

We had them out. I really like them, and we will use them in the future. My sister used them, and really like them. We had them out, and we were going to use them, but the timing is wrong. We are going to use them at another time. Seems like a very good company. My sister just finished using them, and she was very happy. There was a problem, and they came right back. It seems like an A-1 company to me. He was very good. Their reputation was good. My sister did the footwork. We read the Better Business Bureau, and read the reviews.

I had several contractors came and made estimates and offers, and I chose Levco because Peter, the project manager who came and did the estimate gave me a very good impression that he knew what he was doing and he knows pool renovation A to Z, not like other contractors who just sent sales persons to come who has no real knowledge and experience about pool renovation. The price is good and competitive, although not the cheapest, I was okay to pay for quality. It took a little twist as I was a little slow in confirming the offer, but they took the job and got it done on time - actually a week ahead of schedule. The crews were professional, and friendly, got things done on time and left no mess at all, not even one white plaster drop on the premise! Shawn, the owner, is a good communicator, alway politely answer my emails and questions in time. He even extended his hand helped me to identify an electric line broken caused buy a fence installer that I hired myself. Shawn referred a good electrician who fixed it. Shawn still answers my emails regarding the maintenance of my pool. So far my pool is great, water has always been clear since the refill and I am going to close it in early October. Hope next year my pool will still be good when I open it.

Pool crew have been very professional, the office ladies are polite, Hector always takes time to listen and takes care of our needs. Your Field crew: Donald(Don) is the best. Give him some raise. Knows what he is doing and treats us well. Very professional and knowledgeable. He installed new heating system, as well as opened the pool. Martin is great also. First time talking to Peter today trying to get the best safety covers . Very professional. I hope the recommendation Peter is making for me for the covers, come Spring/Summer time my pool will be clean, instead of looking dark. I fired my previous company for Levco. When you call Levco, someone is there to pick up the phone and answer your request. I have retained Levco as my pool company. By the way they are always on time and if they can't make it they let you know. I highly recommend them to any pool owners looking for the best service. They cover you A-Z. I also think Angie's list should reward Levco for the superb job they do. It is hard to find good companies such as Levco.Extremely happy with Levco. Keep up the great work. Overall, A+++.

We had to have our pool re-tiled about 2 years ago and I chose Levco pools based on the high ratings on Angie's list and prompt attention received when I called for an estimate. Everything went well during the process and the job was completed on time and on budget. About 2 years after the service, some of the tile became loose and fell off. We contacted Levco about the issue and they sent a crew out as soon as they could schedule it. The crew arrived and re-applied tile and sealed the top section of the tile. What we weren't aware of when we scheduled the repair was that there is only a one year guarantee on the work. My husband spoke to Shawn Nisse about the situation and what had transpired. Shawn indicated that he valued our business and agreed that we should not have been billed. Bottom line: this business owner does the right thing and we would use them again.

Fantastic Service. I've been using National Pools for several years. It was refreshing to work with a professional organization that was punctual, didn't curse at the homeowner, completed the job and no follow-up calls were required. Look forward to doing business with them for a long time.

We had been working with Levco Pools for a few years, and up until this year, we had no issues. Every year upon opening the pool, they would remove the cover (with all the debris that accumulates on the cover while the pool is not in use), set it aside, and continue with the rest of the process. However, this year something changed (new crew? new management?). During the opening service, instead of setting the cover aside, or asking if we would pay extra to clean the cover, or even asking if we simply wanted to get rid of the cover, they decided to DUMP all of the leaves and debris from the cover INTO the pool. They then claimed on the invoice that the pool was vacuumed, and presented me with a bill of $568.54. When I objected to the bill and service, instead of trying to correct their mistake, they threatened to get their attorney involved, and then proceeded to sell the bill to a collection agency. Since then, I had to pay another company to clean up their mess, buy my own vacuum, buy new filters, and change the filter multiple times a day for WEEKS to get the water clear. It's the middle of July and the pool just became useable after 6 weeks of additional resources (including my family's labor). I've attached photos of what the pool looked like when they left me with the bill after "finishing" the service. I have never in my life encountered such unprofessional behavior. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Scheduling was efficient and through. The office provided materials ahead of the appointment, making it clear what would be provided and the costs of all services. The crew was timely, did a quality job, and checked in on even very small additional expenses related to the job (example - $2 plug). We were very happy with Levco and will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

I have used 4 pool companies over the past 20 years. At the very best, the pool maintenance business a parade of incompetent thieves and idiots. In the last 4 years, I finally found LEVCO via Angie's List. They are the ONLY company that knew what they were doing. The prior unnamed (but reviewed) pool companies were horrible (one I had to fire because the cleaners were so stoned I was afraid they would drown - this was after they stole MY pools chemicals then tried to (over)charge me as if they provided them). Finding someone honest and competent was difficult until LEVCO. They did an excellent job for years and were very professional. They opened and closed the pool, re-tiled the whole pool, cleaned and replaced filters, heaters, pumps, reset coping and did weekly cleaning. They are not the cheapest, but if you care about having the job done right, these are the guys. In the long run it is cheaper to have it done right the first time. Levco shows up when they say, they diagnose things properly, and they do what you ask and are fair. Other pool maintenance companies will try to fix things that don't need fixing (or some I fear break stuff just so they could charge you to repair it). I actually grew to trust these guys. If you want to waste your time with idiots, clowns and thieves, there is a conga line of pool maintenance guys with a pack of lies to sell you. The horror shows are endless in this trade. However, if you are in central NJ and need someone really great, pay up just a little bit and get these guys. I would recommend to anyone to buy your own chemicals otherwise you will pay a hefty premium. If you use any of the other guys I had prior, you may see a lower price upfront, but in the end you will pay more and will grow old dealing with their stupidity, lies and incompetence. Get smart, just use LEVCO and save the grey hair for your kids.

The Levco team is top-notch. From a reminder email to schedule our opening to quick and efficient responses to my emails when I have questions, I continue to be impressed with their customer service. It's very easy to deal with Hector and his team and they're very knowledgable about our pool. Every interaction has been easy, pleasant and effective. Thanks, guys!
