Fully insured, fully licensed, and a member of the NJ Better Business Bureau (A+ Rating). We have been an Angie's list Super Service award winner for service and construction for the past 11 years in a row. We were also recently awarded "Best of Houzz" for 2015 & 2016. We are an "Authorized Hayward Repair Center". Description of Work: They did a pool opening. I used them last year to assess a problem and to close. They are pricier than some other companies. They could charge a little less for chemicals. Even so, I find they are worth it. They are responsive, professional and above all knowledgable. I might pay a little more, but I know the job will be done right. | | |

Description of Work: Opened pool ... They forgot to set up my auto fill device. Didn't notice pool had a leak. Plugged the return drain on the skimmer with chlorine tablet by putting the tablet in before putting the basket in... But they did open the pool and cleaned it. And I fixed the plugged drain and set up the auto fill.

I was pleased however that you awarded us a “A” for the quality of work that was provided. While we strive to exceed all our customers’ expectations, this is especially true for customer from Angie’s list. I would like to respond to your review, specifically your rating regarding our pricing, responsiveness. After speaking to my service manager, we had no inclination that you were less than satisfied by the services we provided. Regarding our pricing, my understanding is that all the costs associated with the work that you required were clearly articulated to you prior to services being rendered, as such I am puzzled by the score that you gave. If the price communicated to you was not in line with your expectations then obviously you have the option of selecting another service provider. Description of Work: Peter was rude! we asked for a pool inspection. the inspection emailed looked like an itemized bill- explained nothing to the sellers it was more a sales pitch to us than inspection. Peter left the gate open upon leaving and left the back wash hose attached to the filter. we wasted our money.

It goes without saying that I am disappointed that from your perspective you had a less than optimal experience with Peter and your pool inspection. I would have really appreciated the opportunity of potentially addressing your concerns before you publicly besmirched my company and employees reputation. The inspection report provided outlines specifically the issues with your pool and the associated costs to repair them. Its unfortunate that you are not happy with the outcome of the report , as clearly it reflects that the pool needs some significant repairs etc. Peter conducts many many inspections every season, I have never ever had an issue with a customer regarding either an inspection report that he has provided our in how he has conducted himself. Peter has been in the pool business for over 25 years and I regard him as the consummate pool professional. If you would like to discuss this matter further please feel free to contact me.
