they were very punctual, cleaned up everytthing after the job, came back the second day to complete the work. Fixed some of the wood work around the windows without any extra charge. Owner supervised the job but the other workers seemed to know what they were doing. They even fixed a couple of siding shingles. What I liked about Joe was that he was very upfront and did what he promised and told upfront what he couldn't. Gave a B for AJ quality because its only 3 years since installation and I am not sure about the Window's qualities yet although I have no complaints about them. If nothing happens in next couple of years, I would give AJ an A. They provide full lifetime warranty but hopefully I wont have to use it. Price was competitive and this time they somehwat matched the other lower price I got. Hopefully they will do the same quality work that they did last time. For second installation: Although the price of the windows were higher than the first round of installation, they look almost the same. Once again, the installation was smooth and they paid attention to detail. Windows have withstood bad weather four years for second floor and 1 year on first floor since installation. So, so far so good. Overall, it has been a pleasure to have Joe do the work.

Kepo was fantastic. From the estimate to completion, they were great. At the estimate I didn't feel pressured into a contract, or getting something that I didn't want. I could tell that Joe really knew what he was talking about when he explained all the different features available in windows and what separates a good from a bad quality window. The crew who came to install the windows were great! Very polite, very respectful of my home. I could tell they really knew what they were doing. No mess was made. I was so happy to deal with a company that sent guys who knew what they were doing. I was not disappointed. The windows are great. My electric bill is lower now that I have more energy efficient windows, and it is so nice and quiet in the house now. I would highly recommend Kepo to anyone and would certainly use them again!

THEY DID NOT DISTURB ME OR MY NEIGHBORS. THEY WERE SHOCKED THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT THEY CAME. THE GUY IS A REAL GOOD FRIEND AND THEY CAME IN ONE DAY AND LEFT THAT NIGHT. THEY DO WHAT I ASK AND MAKE SURE THAT I AM SATISFIED IN THE END.
