The guy over charge by adding 1 hour of his travel time and another $25 for getting silicon caulk. But most disappointing was the qualify of work. The old guy talks a lot but the qualify of work is an amateur at best. Avoid him.

Fred came promptly to view the deck, and review what he would do to clean, stain, and seal the deck. I also asked him about parts of the concrete foundation of the house that had broken underneath the cedar shakes, and he sent me an email describing all that would be done, and the cost. The deck and foundation look great!
