They came quickly, were very knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed the problem and were fair with their pricing.

Initially I had my AC repaired due to a leak. They were upfront about it possibly not holding the Freon..But for a couple of hundred dollars, I wanted to try it over replacing the entire HVAC sysrem. Mine was 33 years old at that point. So the Freon lasted about a month and I said let's just try it one more time and they were willing to try although again they said it probably isn't going to last even with "stop leak" added. Well it lasted about 5 days. So, when I called them to have them install a new HVAC, they took the second service call and credited it to the new HVAC. I have had the new HVAC for about a month, with the Google Nest thermostat and I could not be happier. Tony, JD, Mike and the other guys are the best. Amazing, professional, honest, with a fair to low price. I honestly would have paid more based on other bids. I would say don't even bother with other bids, but that wouldn't he prudent. So, get other bids but go with these guys. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Tony. He's patient, knowledgeable, and was less costly than other companies in the area. Call Tony and get it done right!

I have had other plumbers for this issue and nobody could fully fix it. fontaine came, we agreed 0n a price, i paid, they had to come back twice more with no charge. Every time i called they responded right away. Very nice workers. Finally have my system working 100%. Any plumbing issues i have, I would called them first. They really are the best!

Pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost of the repair and the follow up phone call to ask If we were satisfied with the repair. I would definitely use them for any future heating and AC work.

Five other companies came and told us EVERYTHING has to be replaced, Mike came and fixed it all simply and beautifully.

Tony did a great job with the repairs. He also was very knowledgeable and explained the process and how to do some preventive maintenance to extend usable life. Highly recommended!

Tony tried to talk me through a re-set of the system to avoid having to pay for a repair, when we could not reset the system they came out within an hour and had the heat working again by lunch time. He also followed up with a phone call, very professional service all around, I recommend them highly.

They were very knowlegble and explained what they were doing as they repaired my furnace. I felt they did a great job. I hope i dont need to repair again but would call them without hesitation

I called for an after hours service call, they arrived when promised, did a great job for a fair price.

I was able to speak with Anthony over the phone and they were able to schedule on the same day. Mike and his colleague was very knowledgeable and were able to fix the issue and perform quality repair (exchanging Blower motor of the heating unit system) before the end of the day so we are not stuck in cold. I will definitely hire them again.

Awesome response from Tony, Brian and Mike. It was diagnosed that issue was with Gas Volve, but heating wasn’t working after the fix and Mike came back and connected with the manufacturer and went through the process of resetting the settings and followed up with me until the whole problem was resolved. I would definitely recommend them to all my contacts.

Tony was very professional, curtious and thorough with the work and explanation of what needed to be done. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and gave instructions on how to prevent the problem from occuring again. I would definitely use Fontaine Repair HVAC again and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a knowledgable, honest company.
