+ -1 moreHe installed the railings but never completed the full job. I asked for a opening by the deck steps to be made less wide so I could put up a removable gate (for my dog). He priced my jib to do that. When he got here he saw how much work it was to move the piling for the deck (to shorten the opening) and suggested instead he'd build me a gate for the opening. I agreed. After he completed the rest of the railings on the deck he said he'd have to pick up the materials for the swing gate and he'd be back. HE NEVER CAME BACK!!!! I must have called him 10 times, sometimes he call back and apologize for taking so long to coe back but after about 2 weeks he stopped returning my calls.
