Doyle Brothers Contracting

Description of Work: I called them for an estimate to sheetrock my basement, with trim, after my HVAC humidifier leaked over time, causing a mold condition, which was abated by a contractor. On 10/21/2014 they came to the house, took measurements and list of repair work requested. I was told that I would have an estimate by the end of the week.This should have been Thursday or Friday. I did not hear from them. I called the office the following Monday to ask for the estimate. I was told "Eric" was out of the office, but would get back to me today. It is now Thursday and I still have not heard from them. I ended up calling another contractor, who responded and gave me a great estimate on the spot. I will go with the new contractor and leave a review for him when the job is completed. As a side note, I originally contacted them because they worked on my neighbors house. I do know that when they parked their panel truck they damaged a tree on my neighbors sidewalk. A tree service ended up remedying the tree a week later. I wonder if my neighbor had to call them on it. When they were working on my neighbors kitchen, they laid the old cabinets all over my lawn. I said nothing because I am not a picky guy. It is just unprofessional, now that I think of it. I also wonder if they have people who are legally allowed to work in this Country.
