My Moms tractor was in need of repair. Until that gets done, she needed help and fast! I came to Service Magic as I have in the past for a carpet cleaner. I didn't have to call dozens of places. They called me! Within 10 minutes after going online to look for a landscaper, Mr. Donovan called me. He was local to the property where I needed the work done. We met at the property that afternoon on a Saturday. Mr Donovan was very nice and down to earth. He and his crew came that Monday. They did a great job and did exactly what he said he would and what I asked. I will have him and his crew back again for some more work that needs to be done.

We hired this company to mow our lawn. The job was to be done on a Tuesday and they never showed up. The next day they did not come again. When I called the owner he apologized and said they would be there on Thursday. They left our back patio and walkway messy with mulch, grass clippings and leaves. After speaking with the owner he admitted that the crew should have cleaned these areas. He did not offer to have them return to fix this and when I asked, he said not for another 6 days. If a job was not done correctly they should have come back the same day to fix it. I spent an hour after they left cleaning up their mess.
