They do a fantastic job and I am very happy with their service.

They were recommended through a real estate agent. Not only did they do a fabulous job of what I contracted them for, but they also subcontracted window cleaners for me, a carpet cleaner for me and I asked them if there was anything they could do about clearing out the garage that had a lot of junk and they were able to do that for me. These people were unbelievable. I was out of town at the time so I left them with a key and they went in and out. I paid them more than they asked for. the carpet cleaner did a phenomenal job for $130 and I paid him $150. He was a chemical engineer at one time so he knew what he was doing. One of the people who did the cleaning was one of the owners. It was a nice surprise to come home from being out of town and seeing the garage all cleaned up. It was money more than well spent. I don't mind paying people for the job they do. She had a stellar reputation, I had no qualms about using her no matter what she was going to charge me. I told her I wanted to act as a subcontractor for me to get all of this taken care of, I gave her a check for $1,000 and whatever was left over was hers. I'm pretty good at reading people and this lady was not going to screw around with me.
