So far it's going excellently!

It's been pretty perfect! Moe has been my property manager for over 2 years. He recently served as realtor as well (ensuring the property was clean, etc. for showings; potential tenants were vetted to high standards; market analysis was done). I really appreciate his forward thinking about maintenance and repairs for the property (gutter cleaning, air conditioner, heat updates, etc.)

I was impressed with ABDM's responsiveness and professionalism. They treated tenants with respect, also acting as my trusted advisor to determine best course of action when repairs were needed. They arranged various contractors as needed, obtained multiple price quotes to help get the best pricing. Clearly Moe with ABDM has lots of experience. I recommend ABDM Property Management, would use them again when needed.

The Gentleman who owns this company was the property manager for a community where I serve as a board member. He left the company servicing our community to open his own company. Our community fell apart. The manager who took over to act in his capacity dropped the ball. Phone calls from our residents were not returned, money was spent without approval from our board. Contracts were not renewed,the list goes on. Our Board voted to hire ABDM Property Management and fire the old company. The results were as follows : The community has since taken on a huge project of replacing the roofs and skylights of 128 units. Under Moe's guidance, support, and expertise the project was completed ahead of schedule. He has saved our community thousands of dollars within the first year He is present at our site several times per week and never fails to answer questions or complaints from our residents within a day or less. He keeps our Board informed in a timely manner concerning important issues. He has formulated a plan for the communities future in an attempt to increase our property values so that we may stay current with other properties within our township or exceed values . I have known Moe now for the last 8 years and would highly recommend his services to any community such as our that may be unsatisfied with the company they now have managing their valuable community. I am not someone who typically takes time to write reviews, but I felt that it was necessary to acknowledge the efforts to make owning a property with renters a painless process. We were fortunate to work with Moe Abdelsamad, and from the first meeting he made the process effortless for us. ABDM Property Management found quality tenants and managed our property on a day to day basis for us. They handled necessary communication and inspections with the City. I was able to avoid handling the tedious details and only contacted when necessary, or when he was replying to questions I had. I always received responses within a day, and follow ups were made very quickly on pending items. I would recommend the team at ABDM Property Mgmt. if managing properties is not something you want to do, so you can continue your day to day living not worrying about late night calls or emergency outages.
