Neither they nor our local Animal Control Officer were able to surface the chipmunk which I believe is still isolated in one of our bedrooms. But Dynamic was most responsive, in responding to my call and having "Jesse" come here and see what he could do. While his trip was unsuccessful, he was totally gracious and refused my offer to pay for his time.

Bill and the team responded very quickly to our request and was able to visit the house on Sunday to investigate and complete the work on Monday. They were extremely thorough and courteous the whole time.
