Jason, the guy that came out was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He fixed what two other companies didn't want to touch.

Mike and his team installed the irrigation system at our new home in the Princeton area. Since the initial install, they've helped with additional landscaping features, and ensured that our backyard drains properly. Knowledgeable, competent, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

They did a good job installing everything. My only concern was the price being changed when they came out to do the work, and the labor charge was inflated as well.

I reached out to Mike on a Friday evening inquiring about his services. 3 days later the job was done. Mike was responsive, detailed, on time, and did an excellent job. It was great doing business with New Jersey Irrigation Services.

Dealing with the owner, Mike, is a breath of fresh air. He personally came out to inspect a standing water issue at my mother's property. He determined the problem and offered a solution and promptly made the changes. Also, my mother is elderly and frail, and he treated her with the utmost care and respect. I have complete trust in him. I would never use anyone else.

Mike and Jason came out and they did an outstanding job testing the system and doing needed repairs. The work was extremely thorough and very high quality, and they were very professional, responsive, and reliable. They confirmed there wasn't a leak, but they did find a potential source of the leak in an underground pipe which my landscapers can take care of. This was over and above what I asked them to do. Overall an outstanding experience! If you want the best for irrigation, this is the company. I won't look anywhere else.

We are quite pleased with the work done. It was on time and for the quoted price which I thought to be very reasonable. Mr. Barnett, Jason, his foreman, and crew were professional in all of their dealings with us. In fact, while they were doing the work, we hardly knew they were around. Most importantly, the system has worked flawlessly since its installation.

I was completely satisfied with this project from start to finish. Within two days of my initial contact, the owner met me to provide an estimate. He arrived precisely on time, quickly surveyed my property, offered me several options, and answered all of my questions. I was looking for a company that I was confident would perform the work correctly the first time, and NJ Irrigation Services was absolutely the right company. I know a number of people that used other companies and weren't satisfied with the results. The day of the installation the crew arrived, staked out the location of the piping, wiring, and sprinkler heads, and selected the correct nozzle type and size for each location. Within a few hours the piping and manifold work was completed. After everything was installed, each section of the system was tested and the spray pattern for each nozzle adjusted. The impact on my lawn from running the pipes was minimal. They replaced the pieces of sod they removed, compacted the soil, and planted seed in areas where they installed the manifold and main piping line. My lawn completely recovered after about ten days. The water coverage across the entire lawn has been very uniform. The weather has been hot and dry since the system was installed, and my lawn has held up extremely well. I highly recommend NJ Irrigation Services if you want to be sure that your sprinkler system performs properly. They are both competent and professional.

Mike was easy to work with and came out quickly and on time with an assistant even though it was their offseason. They had a high powered air compressor that made pretty quick work blowing out all the zones in my system. It went great (and just in time before the first big freeze this year) and I would definitely use them again.

The repair person (I think is Joe) was here relatively on time and found the problem right away and fixed it.

They checked the Orbit irrigation system for leaks, replaced broken/suboptimal sprinkler heads, and performed necessary adjustments. On the scheduled data they were late and ended up coming back the following day to do the actual work. The good news is that the crew consisted of at least 8 people and were able to work simultaneously to complete the job in 1.5hr. The unexpected part was the service cost that was almost $100 over verbal estimate. Overall, they were courteous, responsive and very professional. The negative part was the higher than expected cost. I may consider using them again, but I will shop around for a cheaper service.

I have had many home improvement projects done over the years and I had a good feeling about Mike from the beginning. I decided I wanted him to the job even if I had to wait. He told me they were very busy because of an unusually hot may. Extememely happy with whole experience and would definitely use them again

They suggested an alternative to save money by replacing just some parts. We decided to go with the full replacement of the backflow.

Mike returned my call promptly, showed up the next day at the agreed time to give me a quote and did all of the work 2 days later as per the quote. In fact he installed more sprinkler heads than he quoted but did not charge me extra.

They were great! I have no problems at all. I thought the price could be a little cheaper. The quality of their service, their responsiveness, and punctuality are excellent. They are very nice and they do return your calls quickly.

I've used them for probably about 10 years. They are excellent. I've never had any problem with them. They are fine.

I will be using them in April to turn the water back on for irrigation during the summer.

They were just very professional. The prices were very competitive. They were good in all respect. Their pricing was reasonable. I would definitely use the again.

Mike was available at moments notice also schedules plumbing work with the best plumber for the job and was conscious of cost.

I have no complaints. It only took 2-1/2 days to complete everything. Tom Eden was the project manager and worked with the township to get the permit. There were four others who did the digging, piping, and the installation and training for the controller. The plumbing company installed the backflow pump and it was all coordinated well. The staff were all very nice to work with. The property was all cleaned up when they were done. Note: There are YouTube sessions available for the operation of the controller that they install which is a plus. It is a very flexible device and I can't think of a need it can't fulfill.

We like them a lot. They are very easy to work with and responsive and get the job done quickly. We have never had any problems. They give you a call when it’s time to get things done.
