One of the worst experiences ever with customer service, they have been out 3 times unable to fix issue with refrigerator but that's not the worst, I was told to get a new water line, I called to make our 3rd appointment and asked if they wanted me to put me water line in, exact words "don't worry we can take care of that" no mention of charge, my wife was home when they came they charged her $125 to replace water line, its like attaching a garden hose, I would have done it, they decided to take advantage of a woman and make some money, $125 is an excessive charge for something that takes 3 minutes, I called as I needed to make 4th appointment since they can't fix issue, I mentioned the charge for water line and that's when service manager said oh $125 that's usually $185, my wife saw on techs computer it says $125 for installation of water line, he lied, this is not an install it's a replacement, I was also belittled by the service manager calling me an idiot and then started twisting the story as I couldn't let my wife make a decision about paying for water line, such an unprofessional company also incompetent, hope this helps any looking And if the company responds its just then covering the unprofessional behavior, I rarely take my time to write reviews

AWFUL. A WASTE OF MONEY....AND THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.

HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE RUDE UNRELIABLE PEOPLE. And this is before they even showed up to fix my refrigerator..... My fridge is under warranty and GE scheduled them, they called to reschedule because apparently 'GE made a mistake' and then the morning of the appointment which I had made arrangements to wait around from NINE TO FIVE pm they called to tell me my window was 3 to 7pm. The morning of. I've been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment, made plans to have someone home until 5pm and when I challenged them about that they were so incredibly rude, dismissive and told me 'I was lucky they were giving me a shortened window and I just wanted what I wanted and didn't care what they were saying'. So rude horrible people, I can't believe GE contract with them and if it wasn't that my 2 months old fridge is broken I would never use them again. I do understand things happen but their approach, mannerisms and complete disdain was disgusting. EDITED TO ADD THAT THEY CALLED ME TO TELL ME AS I HAD POSTED A BAD REVIEW THEY WERE CANCELING THE SERVICE CALL EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CONTRACTED DIRECTLY BY GE AND IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO ‘DEAL WITH IT’

Not only did they charge me $75 to walk through the door but then charged me $65 to diagnose my refrigerator in 30 seconds. The "fix" was to use my bleach mixed with water in one of my kids' water bottles and pour it down hole in the back of the appliance. Turns out, it did not fix the problem. He was also supposed to fix my ice maker which did not happen either. When I called to tell them that nothing was fixed and that I was not happy with the service, the owner was rude, condescending and did not listen to me. I simply suggested that if they are going to pour a bleach solution into a drain and charge a customer $65 to do it, they should come with a professional looking bottle - not ask to use supplies and water bottles from the customer's kitchen. He then responded with some accusation about how terrible I was to complain about 2 Tbsp. of bleach (not the point). I am actually going to let the $150+ go so that I don't have to work with this company again. You shouldn't either.

For the oven, the started had been going for a long time. It finally went and needed to be replaced. The repairman took a look, diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate.. He had the part on the truck so we went ahead and had it fixed right there. The washer was a different story - there was an issue with the computer board but then it was unknown if there was additional issues once that was fixed. He did a google search for the part and came back with the cheapest price - with labor that would have been $500 to fix. He recommended with the age of the machine it would probably be best to get a new machine.

Great. I called 8:35 am and repairman was here 11am. Repairman called to let me know he would be here in 15-20 mins prior to arrival. He looked at refrigerator, gave me estimate, and repaired refrigerator right away when i said OK to price. He replaced relay start part and cleaned around coils and now refrigerator /freezer working perfectly. I was so pleased to have my refrigerator repaired so quickly at a fair price.

The gentleman came out and looked at the dishwasher for two minutes. He said the panel on the dishwasher need to be replaced. He said if that didn't work, I would need a new computer for the dishwasher. I didn't feel like he would be able to diagnose the problem in that small amount of time. He came back on a different day to install the new panel. He was very rude and not a very pleasant man. After a couple weeks, the dishwasher wouldn't work. It was the same issue from before. I called a different company to just get another opinion. They came out and said that the panel was damaged and it was put in wrong. The new company came in and replace the panel. Jersey Appliance gave me a damaged panel and didn't install it correctly. I called Jersey Appliance and told them they gave me a damaged panel and installed it incorrectly. They told me to send them a copy of my new bill, which I sent them. I never heard from them. I ended up calling them back and they argued with me. They said they weren't going to do anything to fix it. I wanted my money back for the part & labor.

This was our second time we have called Jersey appliance for refrigerator service. The first was when the refrigerator failed to hold temperature. Jersey appliance figured out that putting in a booster would spare us the need for a new compressor at least for now, saving us hundreds of dollars. He was prompt, pleasant, professional and did the job well the first time, restoring the area of the refrigerator to it's pre-visit state. Most impressively, he called twice after the job to make sure that the "fix" was working. Similarly, for this second visit, he worked us in to a very narrow window of time availability, was prompt. thoughtful, nice, and highly professional in fixing the problem. We are very impressed with Jersey appliance! These folks do a good job for a very reasonable price compared to others in the Mercer area.

We started this process towards the end of October. We were told it was the control board and they had to order the part, which would take about 5 days. When they came back the technician said they had ordered the wrong part and had to reorder. They finally completed the repair last week. I believe that they should have put a "rush" order on the order for the second part since they made the error but they obviously did not. The service person was nice, professional and clean. I would probably use them again since it was hard to find a repair service for Bosch.

They were very nice. Gave me a $50 discount as a senior. They did a great job!

What a wonderful experience! From talking to their professional staff when making my appointment to meeting George our appliance specialist who came to our home. You will be very satisfied with Jersey Appliance. They are polite, on time, knowlegeable and explained the problem in detail. Then they fix it promptly. I would definitely call them again for any of my appliance needs in the future.
