small appliance repair
+ -1 moreNick was obviously not service oriented. In fact, I wrote Cuisinart customer service an email on the day this situation occurred, which was Saturday, July 26, 2008. That was two weeks ago. To date, absolutely no response from Cuisinart.
Description of Work: We contacted Cuisinart after our new coffeepot, purchased the previous day, malfunctioned. I spoke with their customer services rep, Nick. He said that they could repair it, but we would be required to pay for all of the shipping and handling to send it to them and get it back. Ultimately, Nick told me that I would be better served to return the unit to the place of purchase and strike a deal. ($150.)
