One of the coffeemakers fell apart and I received replacements when I called, but I had to go out and buy a cheap coffeemaker while I was waiting for the parts. Then I received another one from a friend for Christmas, and it won't brew at all. I called them and they said unfortunately, my warranty is up and they can't do anything further. So I'm stuck with two expensive coffeemakers and I can't do anything with them. I like the brand because I can grind the beans and make my own coffee.
Description of Work: I purchased two coffeemakers within 4 years from them.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I'VE USED THEM BEFORE. THEY FIXED IT. THEY FIXED IT THE FIRST TIME, AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO BRING THE APPLIANCE BACK.

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and with the short time it took for the part to get here. I was completely satisfied with the time it took to deliver my part.
Description of Work: I needed a new part for my coffeemaker. I went on-line to order it. It was very easy and the part arrived within a week.
