I hired Horatio for a total renovation of a condo unit. He met me a the unit the day i contacted him ,and provided a quotation which never increased or changed. Project consisted of bathroom & kitchen renovation (new shower, vanity, kitchen cabinets, etc.), hardwood floors, popcorn ceiling removal, patching and painting. Horatio and his skilled team were exceptional. Very professional, and overall did a great job. Horatio takes great pride in his work and will make suggestions that the average homeowner wouldn't think of, even if it means more work for his team. Quality is certainly his priority, they don't cut corners. Also was great that he provided feedback on the way I wanted certain things to be done. The end result is excellent. I look forward to hiring Horatio and his team again in the future.

This was a large project of popcorn removal and interior painting. Also included was the installation of a new sliding patio door. Horatio and his skilled team were exceptional. Arrived every day on time, worked efficiently, and completed the project in the promised time. Very professional, and did a fantastic job of removing the popcorn and painting my home. The walls and ceilings were meticulously patched up before painting, and they went back to touch up their work following the completion of other work . Horatio was a pleasure to work with and often did extras and made suggestions. I highly recommend him for any job big or small. The end product was beautiful. I would definitely hire Horatio and his team again.

Dealing with Sanders II Contractors was a great experience. Horatio and his staff are all true professionals. They did carpentry, painting and powerwashing of the house. When the work was finished we felt like we had a new home. The carpentry looked like it was original to the house and the painting was meticulous. The price was also fair especially considering the extensive work performed. Sanders II Contractors is a full service company and we will hire them for future jobs. I recommend them highly as their work is excellent.

These guys were honest and good at their work. Suggestions on replacing my deck saved me money(when I would easily have gone for the added expense). They also did not ask me for a dime until the project was completed. I would, and will, use these guys again. I recommend them highly.

Mr. Sanders was very professional, knowledgeable, and fair. He replaced a bathroom toilet and vanity. He assisted me with the selection of both products and was very contentious of the quality and value of the product and his services.

I recently had water damage from a broken water pipe which wiped out my first floor ceiling and second floor closet. When I met with Sanders II Contractors, I hired them on the spot. The owner/supervisor is an organized expert and his crew are hard working, meticulous, courteous and neat. They treat your home with the utmost respect, always on time and I can't say enough good things about them...and I am not the easiest person to please. Oh, their charge was very fair also. Sanders II Contractors, LLC worked on both my kitchen and sunroom. The floors in both rooms were tiled and counter tops and sink were updated. All work was done professionally and looked beautiful when complete! The crew and owners listened to every comment I made and worked to accommodate my requests.
